This is kind of lame, but I got it by accident and it was cool. Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 "My name is Sam." Kill 15 enemies in a row with silenced headshots. Or "First Big Score" from guitar hero 3. Get over 250,000 points on a song.

Fallout 3's trophy for killing 300 people and 300 creatures. I got it without trying but I like being rewarded for killing everything moving(aside from kids, which disapoints me)
I would have to say that for me it would be getting Man vs. Tank achievement in Left 4 Dead. Yeah I know some people would say that it isn't that hard, but I got it while legitimately playing online in expert after the rest of the squad got killed in the finale.
New Squadron Record on CoD4. I spent all fucking day getting that one, and when I unlocked it, I realised I was using the wrong gamertag. I still had most of the course commited to muscle memory, so getting it again only took two or three tries, but still, all that work for nothing!
I've spent so much time hunting the fiddly little bastards down, that now I hear the agility orb sound echoing in my ear at random times, and I reflexivley look around for a sparkiling green orb. Only ten more, for Christ's sake!Armored Prayer said:
