Achievement you're most proud of

I cant remember if ive got any better achievements on my consoles, but I was happy when I got 'be efficient' and 'You only shiv thrice' legitly on tf2

Be efficient: Get 3 kills with 3 bullets (sniper achievement)

You only shiv thrice: Get 3 backstabs in 10 seconds (Spy achievement)

Right now, it's "Tank Beats Everything" in Halo: Reach. You have to finish the 8th mission on Legendary with the Scorpion tank still intact. Now, as the 8th mission essentially consists of a journey from turret-filled valley to turret-filled valley, this would be difficult to do under normal circumstances. But when playing on Legendary, when every Grunt has a Fuel Rod Gun, every Elite can stick you with a Plasma Grenade from five hundred yards and getting sniped is a common occurrence, it becomes damn near impossible. You wouldn't think it would be that hard with the firepower of the tank working to your advantage, but damn, you'd be wrong.

I finally earned it today by inching my way through the level at a snail's pace, foot by painstaking foot. It was as close to being stealthy as I've ever come while simultaneously driving a heavily armed vehicle.

Probably the civ5 achievement for going through all the social policies. simple way: start 10 games in the future age, spend culture on one policy tree, repeat for the rest. win.

Rocket Gnome.

No other explanation is needed.

I was soooo angry at this one, since its hard to keep the damn gnome with you in the car, and I put it in the rocket, but i still didn't get the achievement. If I did get it, I would be proud of it, but I didn't so I'm proud that I tried.

Beating MGS3 on European Extreme (you lose the game if you are seen). Yeah yeah, that was before achievements/trophies, but it's a point of pride, mmk.

Mass Effect 2 "Insanity" ach.: Complete the game on the "Insanity" difficulty level without changing the setting. It literally felt like I was going to go insane in the beginning, but I was more than glad that I completed it wwithout going postal.

Half Life 2 Episode 2: Little Rocket Man. I sent the garden gnome into space, but when I did the internet didn't work, so the game says I have the achievement, but my Steam profile doesn't. :'(

Second: The One Free Bullet. In the entire game of Half Life 2 Episode 1 shoot just one bullet. Other kinds of kills are allowed.
Now that's an achievement.

Finish the game firing exactly one bullet. Grenade, crowbar, rocket, and Gravity Gun kills are okay!

First try after the game was updated, without dying. I've also gotten Little Rocket Man, and Get Some Grub.

I always miss like 3 or 5 bugs to Get Some Grub!

My first achievement ever was "Jump Shot" in L4D.

Then my brother let his friend use my account so i made a new one, and I've never been able to get that achievement again. *sniffle* I was so proud of it, too.

Any Achievement that completed the whole list is very satisfying. I've gotten all of them for ESIV:Oblivion, Assassins Creed 2, Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, and Deathspank.

I've gotten all of them for VP, and VP2

If I had to pick anything, it'd be the fact I was rather nonchalant for most of my labor, while the mad woman in the room next to me kept screaming her head off, then insisting no drugs...

Finished the Endless Setlist 2 in World Tour on Expert Drums

sweet, I got "bladder of Steel" beat the endless setlist 2 without pausing or failing (Expert Guitar)
would do drums but I can't beat Visions!!!!!

OT: I'm proudest of the "Grim Reaper" achievement in Dragon Age Origins. according to some achievement website I looked at I was the third person in the world to get it

like I sand, According to some achievement website...I even forgot what it was called,
so, it's probably not accurate but still it was a boost to my ego.

I gave up on guitar after beating Green Grass and High Tides on expert in RB1, calling lack of realism. Guess I won't have that excuse in RB3

Not a big fan of certain types of "metal" which have abandoned melody in favor of screeching, intricacy in favor of speed, and intellect in favor of emotion. Visions is the worst of the worst though. The trick to beating it is to come up with your own rhythms that hit enough of the charted notes in order to survive, rather that to try and keep up and get off beat.

Bladder of steel is rough on drums, because if you don't get some liquids in you, you are probably gonna get dehydrated and die.

yeah, I agree with you about the metal I hate that screaming stuff

I don't really care about the realism, I never played real guitar. but now I play real drums because it's so fun in rock band. it's not much the same but it's still fun.
