Activation Codes

Say if I happened to have a few games lying around that I no longer play and I wanted to give out the activation codes on these forums to anyone who hasn't played these particular games.

Would that be against the Forum rules or even against the law?

Well, if you used them then they're useless, and yes that is most likely very illegal.

I dont think so.... altho... thats one of those weird things, your giving out the code without really giving up the game, I doubt its illegal (and even if it is I dont think anyone really cares) but Im not sure how much the mods would like it

also depending on the games the codes might no matter, like if its a steam game and you already activated it then the code is worthless, but if its an older game then they are probably still good

Just do it before anyone notices. The worst that would happen is getting banned, get a new account and don't do it again.
(Not that i support illegal activity of any sort, which this might not actually be)

ok well those codes will work.... I dont think bloodlines is steam, yeah the copy I have isnt so both the codes will work
