again a example of a game serie that is destroyed because of better graphics. first chrash bandicoot and now spyro.... this seriously makes me sad.

To be honest, seeing him in motion fully animated, the new Spyro looks alright to me. Not great, and not half as good as the original, but it could have been worse.

He reminds me of Stitch, in that he can go from pretty cute to rather ferocious/ugly at the drop of a hat.

And besides, at least they didn't put a douchebag tattoo on him like they did with Crash Bandicoot.

Never played any of this games. So... They kind of look the same. Hide coloration is different, as well as "facial" expression, some minor details, like horn shape, but thats it. So whats up?

IMO, platformers, like fighting games, never should have left 2D.

I'm sure people will yank some examples out, but I do think in the main, they're a couple of genres that were best before the Ps1 arrived.

I never really liked Spyro much personally, but he literally looks like he has a mental condition in that picture. Facepalm at you, Activision.

Crash bandicoot died after crash bash and spyro after spyro 3. the rest after those two games were trash.

Spyro is dead, the company who made his games make Ratchet and Clank, and have had ties with the Jack and Daxster creators.

yes jak and daxter creators are Naughty Dog who created not only crash but unchated. Both these companies are known for making great playstation games

WHY Activison!?!? Is a constant stream of Call of Duty just not good enough for you!? Do you have to destroy our childhood aswell!?
