Ah Admiral Ackbar, the great leader of the rebel forces, however alien to new ideas he may be such as han Solo's proposal to bring smugglers to the Aid of the New Republic. He brought the powerful Mon Calamari forces to the rebellion who valiantly piloted their cruises In almost ever major space battle. Also we should remember his reforming of Rogue Squadron, placing the hot shot Wedge Antilles at the helm. And we need not forget his lost presence after Fay'lek took him out of power. But In his return along with the great Garm Bel Iblis he won the battle of Bilbringi. And all of this culminating in his final great battle at Ebaq 9 where he crushed Yhuzen Vong forces. Truly Ackbar is held high as one the greatest military leaders both the Rebellion and New Republic have known.
