I was wrong about Facebook as I thought Facebook was a good idea and that it wouldn't cause any arguments and make you lose potential friends when you meet new people on it.

Anyone who's intended to only eat a set amount of pringles at one time. They usually end up wrong.

Also Mass Effect 1. Turns out that the gameplay IS horses**t. I don't see what people disliked about 2 at all, as far as I can tell it's a marked improvement. So they're all wrong.

I was wrong about the U.S intelligence never finding Osama, aw shucks it's topical.

Well, first thing that comes to mind: I thought that women could not resist my charm. After 8 restraining orders, 2 court dates and 6 months in prison, I can safely say that I'm wrong.

I used to think most people were monumentally stupid, stubborn beings. I was wrong. Taken individually, most people are fairly intelligent and quite reasonable... it's only when a person strongly identifies themselves with a group, taking on that group's values unthinkingly that they become stupid. I realized this after it happened to me.
Please tell me that you fell in with a misanthropic crowd. That would be poetic.

I thought homosexuality was wrong. I soon realized that nothing is wrong with it. (I'm still straight!)
I had a lot of answers planned out, but I'ma have to go with this. Shows what you learn once you leave your family and go to college (for me, at any rate).

Seriously though I can't think of anything right now and I feel like a stuck-up jerk because of it, I know I have been wrong about lots of things though...

I used to say that mixing music isn't art. In restrospect I feel I should have been saying that it's merely vastly inferior art.

I once desperately wanted to believe that the Bush Administration was responsible for 9/11. I know now to trust Hanlon's razor:
"Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity"

I also once got caught up in that vaccine hysteria thing (I understood immunology at the time, the target for my hysteria was the mercury preservative thing, something like that).

Before I had any, I thought brussels sprouts and turnips tasted bad thanks to TV. I now know much, much better.

I thought mass effect 1 was going to be a good game. I was wrong

i thought Skyline was going to be a good movie. In terms of awfulness, it's only eclipsed by Jonah hex

I forget the exact quote, but there's a line in one of the Dresden files books that comes out to the effect of: People are assholes, but persons are always worthwhile.

I thought I'd be able to force myself to read all of the first twilight book. About halfway through, I realised I was wrong.

"A person is smart, people are stupid."
That may be the one you're looking for.

I thought that sending my assistant, the Duchess of General Unpleasantry, on a diplomatic assignment was a good idea.

I admit I was wrong. Also, I was probably incredibly drunk when I came up with that idea.

Also, I thought MLP would be an awful show that people liked for the trolling factor. Needless to say, I've been assimilated.
