Ads are obstructing content

I have a problem. I can't read the beginning of articles and columns because of the size and placement of some ads. I don't know what to do. It even makes it hard to post this. Screenshot for reference.

Clear browser plugins
Reinstall browser
Clean spyware then reinstall browser
Weep and cry (reinstall OS)
