You should try to talk to her, tell her what annoys you. Then, date her briefly, a month should do; BUT date her secretly, behind everyone who knows her, so whenever she shows off about being with you, you can feign ignorance and she will end up looking stupid in front of her friends and family.

The best way to drive a female away is to find the particular part of them that they are insecure about and give them nonstop crap over it any time you come in contact. Easy targets are weight and breast size, you get bonus points for complaining about things others see as socially acceptable, such as painting themselves orange, draw on eyebrows, retarded finger/toenail colors, any hair color they dye their hair after they did it(point multiplier if you suggest a color and then immediately mock it afterwards), etc.

Get creative.

Whatever you do, DO NOT act like a douche to her.

You know how they say girls only go for the mean guys? Yeah...You don't wanna be that guy. Teenage girls are the craziest beings on the planet, you don't want that little crush she has turning into something really serious.

Go watch The Sound of Music. If Paksenarrion likes it, then it must be good. Elders know best. She's the lovable grandma of The Escapist, listen to her.

I tend to think it's more on how you go about being mean. If you're just dismissive, yeah, they'll try harder for your attention. If you're outright malicious, you can drive your point home better.

She likes you and doesn't know how to express it, just let her know that you do not feel the same. And I wouldn't worry about all the FB attention she gives you, it's kind of a trivial concern, and you could jsut block her if you really feel that it's important though.

keep her in the friend zone, if she likes you and you break all contact she will come after you and stalk you for a while if you can deal with that its fine, but a teenage girl following you around and e stalking you isnt the best of looks now is it, for example she could change her status on face book to in a relationship and say shes in a relationship with you and well rumors ahoy!, if shes not then there isn't a problem, she more than likely wont try anything judging by the post you have made before she doesnt know how, and if she does try something be nice and tell her that you dont feel the same way, for all you know you could be her first crush, and well you dont want that to be a awful memory that will scar her for life now, would you?.

if youve already got a girlfriend an easy way to do this would be just to take her along some time and feign ignorance that his sister likes you, proceed to act all lovey dovey (i cant beleive i just posted that word there) with your girl and well (not to the point of making out of course you have to act subtle so she doesn't think that shes absolutely destroyed here, just hold hands or something) , his sister will get the picture and give up hopefully, and if she doesn't the rumors will be abated with the hole youve already got a girlfriend thing.

Basically, this.

She is 14, going on 15.
dt, it's time to think.
Better beware, be canny and careful.
dt, you're on the brink.

She is 14, going on 15.
Fellows will fall in line
Eager young lads
And douchebags and dads
Will offer her beer and wine

Totally unprepared is she
To face a world of men
Timid and shy and scared is she
Of things beyond her ken

She wants someone
Older and wiser
Telling her what to do
You are 16 going on 17
She will depend on you.

Just block/remove her off your phone, Facebook etc and tell her "I'm not your friend, please stop following me around like we're best mates"

I'd mention it to her brother, your buddy. If nothing else, he'll probably crack down on the texting.

Don't be a jerk towards her. If she does have a crush it may do more harm to her than it does good for you. Last thing you want is screwing the kid up so that she ends up looking for abusive realtionships. But you definitely don't want to be showing interest, being overly nice to her, or giving her any sort of hope.
Which leaves your best option as indifference. Don't respond to her posts, respond to texts from your friend by checking to be sure its him(might actually get him to do something about it if it annoys him enough), and just generally don't stop and talk to her when you go over and hang out. Odds are she'll give up eventually. If not, you'll probably get used to it and just ignore it naturally anyways.

Does worry me a little though, I have a friend who had sort of this kind of relationship with her best friend's older brother. If you ever do end up going out with her, be ready for her to take it extremely seriously. Not a huge chance, but it seems worth the mention anyways.
