Did some catching up with the story, I join.
A few bubbles came up from under the water, a dark figure appeared, it rose from the water, larger than life itself. An enourmous serpent, huge even by serpent standards. It let out a blood curdling roar and dove at the ship, turning to dust as it got close.
"Man, that never gets old..."
A figure with a hood approached the captain.
"Cap, you still owe me."
He looked over the rest of the crew.
"You didn't tell me you'd be having company."
the Captain looked at the man in the hood. "Wrong, boy, as I remember it, you still owe me admission fee. it said on the docks the cost to be on Ol' Bess, and you haven't paid it yet." The Captain let out a sigh. "And the others are a group heading for an island. say they got some kind of job lined up with someone the big guy with the shotgun knows." The Captain looked out over the sea and saw what appeared to be a large pillar of water shooting up from the water. "Now cut that out, boy, you'll send us off course if you keep scaring us like that."
"You seem to be forgetting that you still haven't paid me for that job I did for you over a month ago. If you can't pay me fine, the least you can do forget the damn admission for once, you greedy ol' sea dog!"
"Fine then, consider this trip payment." The Captain said. A small radar on the dashboard in the control room lit up. The Captain looked down at the radar and picked up a mic from the console. "All crew, to your stations. We have pirates in the area, I repeat, we have pirates in the area." Several crewmen came from below deck, rifles and machine guns in their hands. "Boy, go tell the others on the deck that they need to all get ready for a fight." The Captain continued to fiddle with several dials and maps.
"Damn, again?"
He went to deck, informing everyone in an orderly fashoin that it's time to kick ass. he grabbed a pair of binoculars and tried to spot the ship. Once he had, he waited for it to get close to try and single out the individuals.
