but you don't need to see or meet anyone to fix the red ring of death. All you got to do is use your mouse on their website and then print out the free mail labels and send your system in.

...I'm curious to know if Nintendo can countersue him for breach of contract? by claiming that his acceptance of their system means he must abide by their terms and conditions. By his use of homebrew to acquire assets that they normally sell, they lost revenue for which they feel they must now recover.

Wow, just wow, when will he remove his head from his ass and see that he is currently being the biggest idiot and asshole on the planet?

this is actually a really smart tactic.. it would cost all of these companies more money to fight it than to just give him the money, as he is asking for very little. This doesn't mean I support the bastard, I can just see what he is doing.

I hope this doesn't go all the way, the last thing we need is a class action suite against all of the manufacturers for what amounts to BS

Wouldn't going to trial be a terribly crippling fear for someone with agoraphobia? He would be in front of a bunch of people that he doesn't know.

I'm actually wondering where he's getting the money for the legal fees if he can't afford to fix his 360 or get a new one, myself. Can always to Trial-by-Telephone.

Oh, this twit again. Well, he won't win against Nintendo--you agree to all damages done by modding (soft or hard) to be a consequence you face as to doing it. It's in the user license agreement (which nobody reads) that you understand that any unauthorized alterations to your console are your own to deal with. And that he's trying to blame Microsoft for a dead 360 is like blaming a brick for being red--They're not all red, but that's really how one thinks of these things. (And that's enough pissing on the Xbox for now.) Oh, and that he's complaining that you have have to use hacks to get all the characters without owning the other game? It's quite a common trend for Nintendo, but Honestly, my question is--How the hell do you not have SMG??

(Not advertising, It's a Weird Al" Yankovic Song that I think is appropriate)
Haha, how very appropriate. Perhaps he's been listening to too much Weird Al--oh, wait, no, that requires a sense of humor; something, which, sadly, is probably one of the fatalities of his multiplicity of illnesses.

Sure, he's disabled, but he shouldn't get money out of everyone for it. People like that make companies very user-unfriendly. I wish the crazy people that'd sue for practically everything would just stop being so dang selfish.

and another thing, Great! He's got attention! But everyone kind of hates him. I wouldn't want negative attention personally.

He's suing Microsoft because he can't afford to fix his RRoD....This repair is free and the only thing you have to pay for is the shipping...which is $10.50 if you don't supply your own box. Is he living out of a box with an extension cord running from an electronics store?

Estavillo, who said he also suffers from depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder and Crohn's disease, plans to file similar lawsuits at the state level as well.

I think I have the same conditions has this guy... though I think he should add another factor to his list: Gigantic Balls Syndrome

As you would have to have some serious balls to sue all the major console platforms for so much money over such trivial problems.

What the hell.

I know he's disabled but this just makes me hate the man. He's giving agoraphibic people a bad name I bet. Honestly, who in their right mind...

Oh forget it, I hope he gets counter-sued (is that a word?) by Nintendo for using illegal software. Homebrew it might be, but you still need a hack or a modchip ( or both) to use it.
