Something games do that just drives you nuts. Mine is the unanswer question. Like in The Saboteur.
When he opens the box and we never get to see whats in it.

I want the end of the game not to have lose threads. More so when people want to do a sequal and then it never happends. If it can't work as a game on it own chances are it won't work at all.

-Long loading times

-Unfinished games, especially on PC where the mod community is left to fix what the devs didn't and then it's still praised as a good game.

-Cheating AI

-Massive pot holes in the story, they just bug me if they pertain to something really important

-Unintuitive controls

-Lack of story structure, pretty much these "non linear" games people like these days. If I want to spend most of my gaming screwing around instead of the main quest I'll play and MMO. I don't like my game comprised of 70% filler and 30% story or whatever.

I rage in a game where it frequently crashes. Especially Empire Total War, which had promised so much and delivered so little (plus, it crashed in the middle of battles, where I cannot save)

I also rage when partiuclarly dissapointed in a product, such as SPORE or E:TW

I will murder Will Wright for Spore. 7 years, I followed it, and it turns into a mediocre pile of poo

LOPFJing is a term I coined myself to show hatred. It stands for Leap of Faith Jumping and has to be one the most annoying things I have ever faced in any game.

When I die. Bullshit!

Things that are permanently missable. I've been having a running joke with a friend of mine about stuff to put in "our game," or, rather, the game we wish we could have. I would definitely make it so if you miss something, there's a way to get it SOMEHOW.

Also, game-breaking glitches. I got one in Shadow Complex so I can't 100% without restarting. Lame.

games that crash. FFFFFUUUUUUUU

Also, poor PC ports. Jesus christ, after playing Need for Speed : Undercover which goes in my book as the worst port in history, I thought I had to go kill EA... I forgave them for Bad Company 2, though.

You know, I never really got why Yahtzee hates QTE---until I played Mercenaries 2.

Every single time I jacked a tank or a helicopter, I had go through that pointless QTE sequence that just pissed the hell out of me. And when in my boredom induced stupor pressed the wrong button, I had START ALL OVER AGAIN! And like the icing on a cake, the entire final battle was a one fucking big QTE! It took me 6 tries to get it all down.

Seriously, developers should stop with QTE!

Ummm cheating bosses. well not really cheating but the bosses in FF13 had this spell they could cast that was like a death timer. If you didn't kill them before the timer ran out you died and had to start over. They could cast it at anytime. Pain in the bloody ass.

Not so much what the game does, or but that it allows them to do it without recourse.(I hope I used that word correctly)

Dragon Ball: Raging Blast on the xbox 360 I hopped online into the player matches hoping to find a nice warm-up before I moved over to ranked and start playing.

Insert (Gamertag Redacted,) He's the number one on the ranked leadboards. He has a open lobby so I thought to myself "What the heck. I've never met him maybe he's sporting!" well. I was wrong. He had no microphone.

I still entered into a bout with him as Goku(me) VS Perfect Cell after a surprising case of butt-wooping(From me to him, I'd also like to note that Perfect Cell is no slouch in that game.) he quit the match in progress. What pissed me off about that wasn't the fact he quit exactly. But it was the fact he had achieved Number One on the leader boards. Then quit in a player match which doesn't affect your stats anyway!

Is there no such thing as Honor?

Although one more thing to add: timed+platforming == punching kittens rage

Oh, and enemies spawning behind you. That is never fun...

Agreed on the spawn issue, but timed precision platforming is basically the meat and potatoes of the Prince of Persia games, which I love to bits.
