im sorry but its got to be pretty much anything released in the last 2 years. i mean there have been some good albums.......... but all the chavy Hip HOp and lady Gagas have ruined most music for me.
I don't know. Lady gaga is mildly entertaining. The vids are trippy as balls at least.

I was about to say I really didn't know any albums that I wish were never released, but then i remembered owl city. I wish not one of its songs were released. Ever.

Every ACDC Album. That way, bands today wouldn't try to mimic them, and the classic rock stations wouldn't be playing them every 10 minutes. I hate them so much.

Alice In Chains newest album.

Seriously, fuck you Jerry Cartnell, Layne Died in 2002 of heroin overdose, his music with AiC will go down in history, Now you had to come back in 2009 with a new shitty vocalist and you couldn't make anything that nearly touches what old AiC was and had been, now you just are shitty and generic Rock/Metal.

I personally wish that Metallica's St. Anger never came to be. As an album on it's own, it's not bad, but as a Metallica album, it's certainly a blemish on a brilliant career. (although i'm sure some will disagree)
absolutely

I can't really think of any album that I hate enough to wish to not exist. At least none where the fault is not more with the genre, by which I mean it is from a genre I don't like than it is the album is particularly bad. The only one I can really think of is Carbon Leaf's Meander, which was boring as hell, but it was their first and it pretty much doesn't see the light of day anymore. Seriously, they don't sell it anymore, most of their fans don't talk about it and they don't play a single song from it at concerts.

Every Metallica album after The Black Album
Now, there are a few good songs off of Load/ReLoad, for example, 2x4 and Carpe Diem Baby, King Nothing and Better Than you, but the rest of it is just utter sellout crap.
Its kinda ironic hearing that from a guy who's avatar is Vic Rattlehead. But then again I like death metal more than black metal and my avatar is Per/Pelle Yngve Ohlin.

OT - God Hates Us All, Diabolus In Musica and Christ Illusion by Slayer. The songwriting in them is not Slayer stnadards and Kerry King still can't solo well.
Haha that was bound to happen. I like Megadeth and Metallica both though.
Same. I just like Megadeth better.
i like both. it annoys me when metallica fanboys and megadeth fanboys go at it (sorry if i've offended any of you).
i probably prefer metallica, but that doesn't make megadeth any less awesome. megadeth are definitely more consistant, i just find it hard to top master of puppets... although, i will say that i hate lars ulrich.

Mu-Ziq: Royal Astronomy
Slake: Beyond the Dead Future
Squarepusher: Selection Sixteen
Fuck Buttons: Street Horrrsing
Boards of Canada: Twoism

Keep in mind that I love Mu-Ziq and BoC to fucking death, and enjoy Squarepusher, but those releases were underwhelming/awful.

Have Jedward released an album? If so, that album. Also anything released by an X Factor participant, JLS, Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Weetus, Aqua.

I personally wish that Smashing Pumpkins had stopped making music after Mellon Collie - Gish was an amazing debut, Siamese Dream is one of the best albums ever, and Mellon Collie, though a little self-indulgent, was for the most part a fantastic album. After that, they just went way, WAY downhill.

Everything ever made by Pink Floyd.

I used to be neutral towards them but my local Rock Radio station (the only rock radio station in this half of my state) Plays Floyd roughly a thousand times more as necessary. And of course they'll eventually over the course of two or three months play the entire Back in Black CD, but every ten songs they play one of the same three Floyd songs.

I'm the kind of rock fan who's happy with a song/album as long as it features an electric guitar. I'll listen to Bury Your Dead / AC/DC / The Used / and Shinedown all back to back. But Pink Floyd ugh... I hate them so much now.

Too many to ever possibly list, or none at all, depending on how you look at the original query. I hate a great many things*, so imagining a universe where they simply do not exist is a persistent fantasy of mine, but this would extend over the majority of everyone releasing music's entire careers, so I could never hope to break it down by album.

Conversely, all the groups I follow enough to own albums from don't release crap, and if there was ever a shaky patch that would have diminished my appreciation for their talents, it tends to be near the very beginning of their discography, not somewhere in the middle or towards the (current) end. You can't really hold it against a group for improving over time after all. Ergo once again listing specific albums would be impossible, because I have none to point at and exclaim "Boy, was it ever a mistake to release [Album Title]!".

[small]*For a reasonably accurate idea of just how much, ask yourself this question: "What music do I like?" Whatever the answer is, I probably hate it (where 'you' are the average citizen - here on the Escapist there is a statistically higher chance I don't loathe your favorite bands and instantly find your character wanting because you openly admit to enjoying stupid crap, but the odds are still against you).[/small]

95.333% of all Rap albums. And those "Now!" things that got huge in the 90's.

(You know, those stupid TV adverts that shouted, "Now 5!!! Get it today!!! It's all your favorite songs! Buy now!")

Please explain yourselfs, cryptopsy. How could you go from death metal, to outstanding technical death metal with a good portion of jazz elements, to merely average death metal with hardcore style vocals, to shitty deathcore? That is shitty even by deathcore standards? I fail to understand, to even begin to comprehend the epic portions of failure.

/rant
I know nothing about this group, but damn does that ever sound like a fall from grace, given 'deathcore' is a term that's almost universally pejorative - deathcore groups don't even like being called deathcore, so I can only imagine how bad something has to be to get described as shitty deathcore.

It says a lot about how terrible your album is when it stands out in a sub-genre defined by being terrible. They must have really over-achieved at sucking.
