Yeah, no-one seems to have any goddamn taste around here. <_< I approve of your other two albums, two.TyrantGanado said:Why thank you. Holy shit that was some alliteration.
Same here!CmRet said:The new Asylum album from Disturbed. In the way of music that is all I am listening too right now. It's just so good.
I had the same problem. His vocals were quite weak and irritating on the previous albums, but he really stepped them up for Overworld, making it the album to destroy all albums.Sean Hebner said:I can't get enough of this band...I will say that, if only too me, They are a perfect band...and I REALLY didn't like they're lead singer at first...but he grew on me.StarStruckStrumpets said:
Machinae Supremacy's Overworld is the best album ever, I don't care what you say, and Dark City has the most wonderful intro to a song I've heard in a very long time.
I'm a person who finds peace and tranquility in listening to bands like The Black Dahlia Murder or All Shall Perish or As Blood Runs Black. I'm sorry but i have doubts of me feeling uplifted by Owl City.Fenra said:All my friends tend to laugh at me for this but I cant stop listening to "Ocean Eyes" by "Owl City"... its just such a feel good album, always makes me smile, seriously just go listen to "The Bird and the Worm", "Dental Care" and "Tip of the Iceberg" and try not to smile and feel uplifted, its nigh on impossible!
Every time I hear/read someone talking about the Bird and the Worm song I think they're referring to The Used. :/ I love music in general so I could less about what people are listening to as long as they are listening to music and enjoying it. I don't particularly like Owl City, but I think the guy has some snazzy vocal talent.Fenra said:All my friends tend to laugh at me for this but I cant stop listening to "Ocean Eyes" by "Owl City"... its just such a feel good album, always makes me smile, seriously just go listen to "The Bird and the Worm", "Dental Care" and "Tip of the Iceberg" and try not to smile and feel uplifted, its nigh on impossible!
And neither of you are alone in your love for Ensiferum. o-okoschei8 said:Very nice list you have hereCarpathianMuffin said:Metallica's Ride the Lightning, Anthrax's Among the Living, Iron Maiden's Powerslave, Rush's 2112, and Death's Scream Bloody Gore.
You're not the only one that has a passion for Ensiferum. Easily making the list for my favorite bands of all time, even after Jari left and Petri replaced him.WaysideMaze said:
I really like Ensiferum.
It's a hard band not to enjoy, dating back to the early days between the fast style of playing and the slower more melodic songs, and Jari's range of vocals and sheer guitar playing ability, to even now with petri doin the harsh vocals and markus doin the clean vocals, they are a superior band in the world today.CarpathianMuffin said:And neither of you are alone in your love for Ensiferum. o-okoschei8 said:Very nice list you have hereCarpathianMuffin said:Metallica's Ride the Lightning, Anthrax's Among the Living, Iron Maiden's Powerslave, Rush's 2112, and Death's Scream Bloody Gore.

Though I've only recently discovered then, they're becoming one of my favorites.
Damn, you are awesome. I've been listening to Fortress, Colors, Alaska, and Deflorate(Black Dahlia Murder)non-stop these past few weeks.FinalHeart95 said:Fortress - Protest the Hero
Colors - Between the Buried and Me (always will be too)
Pretty much all I'm "addicted" to at the moment, although I enjoyed a listen of Year of the Black Rainbow before. Not my favorite album EVAR or anything, but it's pretty good.
