Ever have them days when you wake up and just think "Ya know, this aint for me anymore, time to change everything around"

This morning has been such a day. I woke up, thought "fuck this", went about telling just about everyone I know "Nice knowing ya, bye", changed my mobile number, gone and got a new job, been to a few estate agents looking for a new place, changed gyms and started looking for jobs/houses out of town.

I really don't get attached to things that easily. Anyone else ever just get these urges and go on a "right that's enough of that" rampage??

Yeah.
About 4 months ago when I finally moved out of my parents house. I never get attached to things either, proly because I move at least 3 times in 5 years.(longest I've been in a house was 2 and a half years I think.)
It's a good feeling though, getting a fresh new start. Methinks I'll move to the U.K at some point. It's seems like a great place, and honestly, Canada is sooo borrring.

I have thought of it multiple times (I'm a teenager, sue me) but I always realize I don't want change, I want things to stay the way they are.

I don't want to grow up, get a job, leave the house and go abroad. I want to stay here and be a freeloader.

This fact is the cause for much stress in my family,

It really is, people and places just start to really piss me off after a short time I dunno why.

Can't say I have, really.

Also, who else was reminded of that Futurama episode in the robot asylum when they read the title?

I agree, HOLY SHIT. That is a big change. I had a minor such one where I decided to stop being a poncy intellectual twat and just enjoy life. Day one, it's worked out so far. My train of thought is a lot less cynical now.

I've had to move a lot as well. I've lived in 7 different houses since I was born.

Having to move constantly is not fun for me. It takes away precious structure that I crave.

Yes. I moved to Perth, the other side of the country (a brief 5 hour flight!) just because.

Also, I like to live light. The fewer boxes, the better.

And I facebook cull and change my contact details all the time :)

Not really.

Though I have moved 18 times in my 21 years of life, when I wanted friends I could only stand them for four years before I got sick to death of them and had to get rid of them.

If I didn't have bad luck I would have no luck, so things I want to keep usually get lost or erased, like e mail addresses getting hacked and everything being erased. Which is kind of refreshing to be honest.

So basically, it has been forced on me, more than me actively choosing to leave everything.

Hoonestly, the only structure I need is my video games. I don't care where I go, so long as it has a plug for my psp charger.
literally, the only constant in my life has been video games, and people go and try to take that from me. Douchebags.

Because people are dicks, even the nice ones. The thing I appreciate most about moving though is the change in scenery. Whenever I see something that reminds me of where I lived before, a warm feeling of nostalgia washes over me as I remember the beautiful landscapes and oceans....

That's about the only thing here I actually like... where my house is, if I walk 5mins I might has well be a hundred miles from the nearest housing estate. It's all English country side for miles. Walk for 20mins and you don't see a single person. Great for walking my dog.

I've woken up and thought that before, but after some deep thinking, I determined that wouldn't be the best way to go forward in life.

Well a month ago I decided my friends all bored me, so I suddenly swapped friendship groups, and now I'm having the best times I've ever had in my life...
Pity school can't fuck off and die.
And also I probably should figure out where I sit with my GF...
but other than that, the change was the best thing I've ever done.

Dammit, that does it! I'm moving to England!
This is the umpteenth time I've heard how gorgeous the English countryside is and I can't help but feel sad at my missing out on it. Don't worry though, I'll be sure to live at least 20 minutes walk from you.
I also used to live in the country for a short stint. Honestly, I never realized how much housing ruins perfectly good landscapes. Gosh it's awful.

I'd post pics if I could be arsed, Lullabye, it's pretty good, fields, hills, woods, little streams and stuff.

I don't think I could live bang in the middle of come of the near-by cities.
