"21" so that Means you stopped eating at the age of 5 (at this point due to sleep deprivation and running on energy drinks I might be wrong.) Your parents were fine with this? I don't mean to sound harsh, but that's really not very good childcare.

"7 stone to 8" um that's really not good, I doesn't matter if your fine now, but your going to end up dive bombing to an early game.

Also judging from your youtube videos (I was attempting to find out your age at the time XD) you look far from healthy.

You might be fine now, but I wouldn't bet money on you hitting any where near the average life expectancy.

Weight regulation is based on calories in vs. calories out. If you want to gain weight, consume more calories than your body goes through. Depending on your lifestyle and your metabolism, this can get really, really expensive. I work out regularly and eat five meals a day, and I struggle to reach over 170lbs (I'm 6'3), so I can definitely relate to your pain.

The other thing to keep in mind is that your body can only process protein so quickly - usually something like 30g/meal, but it varies by person. If you eat too much protein, whatever doesn't get put towards muscle development or maintenance gets turned into gas. The way to gain weight is to eat more carbs, not more meat.
TRUST me... i most likely consume WAY more Calories than i SHOULD be burning off... i barely leave the house nowadays and still eat the same. i eat a very large dinner and snack throughout the day. believe it or not, but i'm actually 6'4" (possibly 6'5" by now... been a while since i've measured) and only approximately 165-175Lbs... i just have an UNGODLY fast metabolism i simply cannot surpass to gain weight... the only thing that actually HELPED was more meat because of my higher protein intake and high level of activity... (gained about 20Lbs in 3 months... all muscle and height gain)

I just posted asking about weight with this kind of a diet, Ive also found I havent been ill properly for years. I havent actually taken a real day of illness in close to a decade. The weight is the same thing for myself. Im 5ft 4 21 years old , muscular but go between 7 stone to 8 and half on a regular bases.
see i never was able to actually confirm whether or not that's directly related to my meat/protein consumption... i hardly ever get sick and i'm arguably one of the healthiest people i have ever even so much as met... (despite being underweight... i eat a ton and don't do much and i'm ~6'4 ~165Lbs) i'd like to see some kind of study looking into this.. here i thought i was the only one. (i also attribute rarely being sick to not sterilizing everything i touch... i can probobly honestly admit there's a whole host of "germs" around me almost always and the constant exposure has built up a very solid immune system. [it makes me feel bad for the next generation... growing up where their uptight parents sterilize EVERYTHING for fear of the brat's health... they'll never develop a steel immune system and be weaker as an adult... i distinctly remember eating SAND at one point in my childhood {with 100% NO idea WHY} so i got exposed to a ton of things when i was young... just my speculation there though])

EDIT: oh... i'm 20 BTW... so i know people say my metabolism WILL catch up with me yadda yadda but y'know what? it DIDN'T for my grandpa... he's still a skinny-ass and eats a lot! my dad has a gut because he's a damn drunk...

How do you even take shits? Why do you not have scurvy?

That's not sarcastic; I do think an all meat diet is pretty retarded, but I'm genuinely bewildered as to how you can survive as well as you do.

Yeah, sure you do. I don't mean to sound dismissing but the likely-hood of this being true is probably fairly low, considering you'd probably have scurvy if it was. And if it is, and you don't have scurvy, then stop it. It's f*cking stupid.

Agreed, I sense some information is missing, as he claims he is rarely sick.

Well I wouldnt say fine, part of the reason now I wont happily eat fruit or veg is because when I didnt like it then there was allot of drama about me not eating. For years there was a stand off with almost every meal untill my parents went well Id rather he ate something insted of nothing and caved in. I wouldnt make my children eat what they didnt want but id place it on there plate all the same and insist they still tried it.

Lol internet, yeah my videos make me look really unhealthy but that was during a period of my life I call my fear and loathing stage so I was hungover for allot of those, made them a long time ago now, defo look a whole lot better.

I advise, thoroughly going through all fruit and veg attempting to find something you can bare, and start taking vitamin pills NOW, as it's not worth ending your life so much faster on something so trivial, and furthermore should vastly improve your health, weight and happiness.

One other quick question what do you drink?

I don't eat much fruit or veg either, or, at least not fruit because I seem to have a mild allergic reaction to it(my mouth itches and drives me insane). It's happening with some veg too, sadly my favorite veg which is red/yellow pepper/paprika/whatever the fuck you call it.

Regardless, I love onions, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, etc. Not as much as I love meat, but just meat gets boring easily. You need a good sauce(with mushrooms preferably) and perhaps some mashed potatoes.
Mmm, delicious.

What do you mean, my day to day fluids or what I drink at rave and nights out?
Well I meant the first, tho inquiring into your "rave" and nights out might shed some light.

That's some spy-ninja shit right there.

But OP, the people telling you that you're headed to an early grave are right. Humans are not meant to be carnivores. You're going to die early if you keep this diet up.

Thank you, it helps to suss out information, that has been left out, or reveal more information, and it's also always fun to scare people about how much information they willing place on the internet, with in a short google search in between :D.

Ok day to day, I drink allot of the tesco home brand energy drink about 1 to 2 litters a day but inbetween its mostly pepsi.

For nights out it all depends on if I drop anything, if I do I make the effort to drink only water and if I drop acid I like to have a carton of ribena as Ive been told that helps when your going down.

If Its just a boozy night then I mix allot, whisky, guniess and ros'e are probably my main choices.

This is not a carnivorous diet. This is an attempt to glorify a terrible diet.

As for being so healthy with nice bowel movements, I can assume that you are under 24, especially since you list student of philosophy as occupation.

Everyone is healthy under 24, and you can tolerate a terrible diet quite well. I know-- I used to eat a lot of micky d's and pizza myself, many meals a day, all throughout college, with vanishingly small vegetable intake.

Around the time I hit 25, the word "regularity" took on an entirely new meaning. Slowing metabolism and greatly increased beer intake, plus WoW around this time led to, for the first time in my life, actual weight gain. I could no longer eat or party like I could and became an old man officially at 27.

Now that I'm done with graduate school, though, I've turned the diet and slothfulness around. Every aspect of life has improved (especially in terms of aforementioned regularity). Theres a great product in the market: these steamfresh pouches of vegetables. Its an amazing product. Five minutes in the microwave for perfectly steamed veggies. They do rice pouches too-- the brown rice one is a little bland, buy boy is it good for you.

When I say rarely sick, what I mean is I'm never sick of note worthiness. I may get some sniffles or something else minor but for years now I have never had an illness were I needed to have a trip to the doctors or stay in bed. Anything you feel is missing in particular ?

Sorry but I think you will either be hospitalized or dead before you hit 35, you NEED veg and fruit for your vitamins, again don't waste your life on something so silly.

I am 21 your right, I do actually have horrible bowl movements. Like it is really painfull every now and than.

As for glorifying it, I will say I would not recommend this to anyone, this is a poor health choice and a stupid way to live, however the alternative does feel to me horrible yet as I stated in the original post, I am to see a dietitian so I will need to make an adujustment somehow.
