Agreed, I sense some information is missing, as he claims he is rarely sick.
When I say rarely sick, what I mean is I'm never sick of note worthiness. I may get some sniffles or something else minor but for years now I have never had an illness were I needed to have a trip to the doctors or stay in bed. Anything you feel is missing in particular ?
Yes. From my knowledge not eating veg and fruits, is a good path for an early grave, it also causes you to have less protection against illness.
You are telling me information about yourself, and from my medical knowledge your an out liner currently. As you are an out liner I treat you in the same way I would a person who claims they have seen a ghost, meaning I was not there to look at all the bare data to create neutral view. I have no idea on how different certain words like "health" would compare to mine.

The only information I can gather is from you currently, who is more then anything claim their doing fine. This has caused me to remain skeptical (do not take offense I just like to try be right :D) as you, are conflicting my medical knowledge.

You should act now before it's too late, I am not really going from MY experience but from other people's. This diet is going to seem fine but when you are in your late 20s (maybe older_ your body will screw you over. It's like listening to music too loudly. Your brain tunes it down but your ears are still taking damage, and before you know it, you are slowly going deaf. First it's the higher frequencies but it slowly goes down...

Also It seems that 'all meat diet' doesn't seem like the appropriate words, rather than a lazy diet with absolutely no consideration and a bit of pickiness to boot.

Yea, this is much worse than being a vegetarian.

I realize that was not what you said, but I am just pointing it out.

I respect this and take no offense, if I was offended by such a thing I wouldnt have posted it publicly. I appreciate people being critical.

I have constantly had a debatable diet, I eat no Fruit or Vegetables. When I see I eat none, I mean typically the closest I would come to is potato based products, stuff made out of wheat, the odd thinly sliced onion that comes in Mcdonalds cheeseburgers and other things that come as less than a percent addition to a meal.

But with the exception of the odd dare, I havent eaten a whole portion of any fruit or Veg for at least 16 years now.( I wouldnt even be able to confidently say I have 5 a year in total)

I would like to know if anyone else has a similar diet, I'm curious as I have got a dreaded meet up with a dietitian coming, been blackmailed to go so I thought Id get my defenses going before.

But Interesting to me is that allot of life choices (big and small) are driven by this diet. My belief in ethics, life after death all the way down to social situations and how I budget. So I would love to have some questions about anything that takes your curiosity, vegetarians welcome :)
personally i eat an enormous quantity of meat compared with carbs or anything else, but i pack in a ton of vegetables and take a multivitamin, and joint care and Bcaa protein supplements too
today for example, i ate a whole side of salmon, with a pot of Mediterranean vegetables on the side
and it was extremely tasty too.

i eat a serious amount of food over £100 a week just for me, but then i cycle often and need the calories
i know where your coming from about the meat, i couldn't live without it, but you'd probably do better to eat the odd banana at-least
as they have a supply of potassium that you will likely not be getting enough of in a very meat rich diet
also, salt will be a problem for you if you don't get your meat straight from a butcher ( and even sometimes then.. ) you'll find it has added salt in the form of saline water to keep it fresh

my diet is mostly meat based as i've found that most common veg i dislike with a passion (on a side note mayo makes me throw up) but i balance it out as best as possible with the veg i do like (potato and carrot come to mind) and then a load of fruit including apples, pears, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, cherries, grapes etc.

This is not a carnivorous diet. This is an attempt to glorify a terrible diet.

As for being so healthy with nice bowel movements, I can assume that you are under 24, especially since you list student of philosophy as occupation.
I am 21 your right, I do actually have horrible bowl movements. Like it is really painfull every now and than.

As for glorifying it, I will say I would not recommend this to anyone, this is a poor health choice and a stupid way to live, however the alternative does feel to me horrible yet as I stated in the original post, I am to see a dietitian so I will need to make an adujustment somehow.
Ah I understood from your tounge-in-cheek response that you were pleased with the state of the... affairs.

The very best condition to be in is 1 in, 1 out-- three meals a day, three ahem, you know. Ramp up your veggie intake gradually, but totally slice fast food out of your diet. Just do it. As delicious as fast food is, it is a greasy horrible mess when it gets on your insides. You have such a bad experience because its a slimy nightmare that your body is having a difficult time expelling completely. But-- look on the bright side-- you are still in college, so it will still be a little while before your diet catches up with you. Are you going on for graduate school in philosophy? (I kind of hope so, in this job market)

So how does that lead to you only eating meat?
Oh it doesnt, my diet comes from not being able to handle the taste and texture of 2 main food groups , my point is that I seem to have constructed a world view that allows me to have my cake and eat it but cant think of a reason why Im wrong (keep in mind ive tried to keep it short)
Wait, so what you're saying is you have a poor diet because of your own personal preferences but you've come up with an extremely pretentious-sounding argument that makes you feel like a good person for doing so, when no one but you can make any logical connection between your diet and your "ethics?"

Ok.

As long as you get enough vitamins and minerals then it doesn't matter what you eat. You can get by fine without any fruit or vegetables it will make no difference. If you don't get enough vitamins and minerals then there will be very noticable effects especially after 16 years. So you should not worry unless you have said effects.

Do yourself a favor; eat a bran muffin. I don't care how it tastes, do it. You'll be thanking yourself when your next bowl movement doesn't require you to go super-sayan.

Well for you, blindness from lack of vitamin a and scurvy from lack of vitamin c. Other than that you definitely need a decent amount of fibre so i would recommend eating some wholewheat or oats.

It's kinda like a take a dump on easy mode pill only bigger and often with raisins in them.
