Alright, so what's everyone's favorite cake?

Cheescake is the best cake, and though they are usually made with ricotta, the best are the ones made with marscapone instead.

It's either cheesecake, cheesecake, or cheesecake. Flavor is irrelevant, as long as it's cheesecake. Though I did eat this pretty fabulous white chocolate mousse cake-thing once. Anything with strawberries is at the very least edible too.

BATTENBERG

I love Battenberg. Adore it. Crave it. If I had a bed of Battenberg, I'd eat it and sleep on the empty, slightly marzipany patch of floor where it once stood. Seriously, that stuff's delicious.

It's also why I don't eat it often. The red mist descends and I must consume it. No Battenberg is safe around me.

Also, you can make it into a little house for plastic men.

See? That's a reason to love it, right there.

This is a tough one, my mom has this cake with a few layers where there's mocha cream, and chocolate mousse in it. I think I might settle for that one.

My sweetooth rotted up and fell out before I was born. I have a slight distaste for most sweet things (some exceptions), but I absolutely hate cake. I'm glad the portal cake was a lie! It makes me feel sick and doesn't even taste good

Favorite? How can one possibly choose a favorite cake? That's like asking someone to pick their favorite child. Wait, no, that's a bad example, because children can be bad.

Seems like I'm among the majority, but I prefer either cheesecake or carrot cake. I made some carrot cake once, and tried to make red icing by putting red cool-aid into white icing, and let me tell you, it was the most delicious idea I've ever had.
Also, cheesecake is awesome when it is somehow chocolate-themed.

I rarely have cake, but I adore chocolate fudge cake. It's especially nice when it's cold.

As a child I used to love those little cakes with the edible pictures on them made out of that paper-sugar stuff. Good times...

Diabetes aside, I'd say any cake that is chocolate and isn't a lie (sorry...had to make the reference) is one I love.

A gingerbread cake.

It's made from the same dough as gingerbread, but it has jam and chocolate on top of it. And it's awesome.
