I think it was the Oblivion expansion, Shivering Isles or something where everyone is crazy, there's one guy standing on a ledge, crying saying he wants to jump. And you get to push him XD

Also, KOTOR has some amazing choices in terms of being evil, loved that game..pity I can't remember even a single scenario right now (what's wrong with me that was one of my favourite games)

On level eight in Doom one when you first open the door of the base: I was on Ultra Violence and stayed in the starting part of the mission where I killed all the enemies in a neat little pile. I was about eight and had never seen so many enemy corpses at once in a game. It was orgasmic as I turned to the dark side.

Murdering my Adoring Fan in Oblivion. I brought him into an Oblivion Gate and pushed him into the lava, so he'd continuously revive and burn. I then happily strolled down out of the gate and left him there. Wonder if finishing the main quest released him or trapped him there forever.

Nuking Megaton in "Fallout 3". Unfortunately the person I sacrificed an entire settlement's population to kill ended up being the sole survivor. Imagine that.
Moira, right? Annoying little bint wasn't even upset by the whole Ghoul thing.

Your evil lacks subtlety! In Planescape: Torment, a character - Dak'kon - joins your party because a previous incarnation rescued him, and he swore a life debt to you, not knowing you were immortal.

Also, did I mention that his race considers slavery the worst form of punishment imaginable? And that at one point in the game, a sickly old woman begs Dak'kon to put her out of her misery, and you can force him to torture her to death?

Now that's evil. So evil, in fact, that I've never been able to do it in-game : /

This one time I was really bored, I switched to God Mode to see how long it would take to kill every NPC in Morrowind.
What did you need to switch to god mode for?
OT: Well, in a session of D&D earlier, we noticed some Kobolds hiding up the path, immediately assumed an ambush and attacked them. After we killed one, we realised it was mostly children, with a few adults with them. I burst out laughing. Best part though, was all the surviving children were crowded around a tree, with just one adult left. They place a fire orb in their sling, whirl it around. Critically miss, so it flies behind them and hits the tree, burning the young ones to death. That was an accident though...

Me being evil in gaming, I don't know. I've done some really evil things in Morrowind. Basically the above, except I only cleared out Balmora. And I left the guilds. Well, I killed them to be sure I could, then I reloaded. Oh, and it's a hobby of mine to wear a piece of Indoril armour to Vivec, so that the guards get pissed and attack me. Then I slaughter them.

hmmmm, in fallout 3, i just got the experimenal MIRV and didnt know what i did. So aimed up fired, and got random exp, fallowed my compass to the location, found i nuked big town. I nearly died laughing.
Also killed dave, (Republic of Dave) and used his dead body to beat the kids.
In Bioshock i kill all 12 little sisters on my god run.
Most recently i had my minecraft failsafe in testing mode, got some noobs to walk in, killed them three times before i was kicked from the server.(Sand collapse, TNT trap out side bunker, And i take credit for the ghast that was in my void escape room.)
I dont think its easy to top theses.

Killing the Overseer. Always. Why is killing the tyrant of The Vaults whose responsible for carrying out the sick experiments of the government on it's innocent people evil? Fuck if I know, but the game said it was evil! Fucking 2-way morality . . .

Found it necessarily when I came into a town & was jumped by about 12 officers & angry citizens all at once.

Creating one city really close to enemy territory and not fortifying it in the slightest in Civ.
