No, you get bored easily. Or you have OCD. Or you get bored easily. One of the eight.

Also, he added another level to that scale; I just forget what it was...
Brilliant, you win everything, forever.

If you get a chance, Mr. Steven Fry did a documentary about living with Bipolar disease, it was a fascinating look at a man coming to terms with it. Most people who think they are Bipolar really aren't and just have a good day and a bad day like everyone else, It's when the mood swings get to dangerous levels and people take notice and alert you to these facts, that's when a consultation is needed.
I'd say give it a few years, relax and enjoy your youth, trust me, when you get older you'll really miss it.

Just feeling lazy or having a need to exercise isn't Bipolar I or II...

Could it be something to do with your body image? You start by saying that you're "fat", before saying that sometimes you feel an obsessive need to exercise.

You sir do not sound bipolar. And since you're only 13, you shouldn't worry about mental disorders either. Yes, they do pop up in kids, but they also spontaneously remiss quite often. This is mainly because the brain and body are changing a lot, and rapidly. Things settle down when you get older.

As for diet changes, learn to cook for yourself. 13 isn't too young to start. Best thing you can learn to do dietary wise is learn to cook meals from basically scratch. This way, you know EXACTLY what is going in your food, and eliminate a lot of the nasty chemicals. Things like noodles I don't make myself, rather buy it off the shelf. Bread too. But sauces, for say, spaghetti, for example, aren't tough to make yourself (just time consuming). Avoid pre-packaged food/meals and don't eat out more then once a week, if that. Also avoid pop, that stuff is full of chemicals. Also, junk food, as the suggested serving table says, limit consumption! Its ok to have a chocolate bar or some chips every once in a while, but keep amounts down! I find simply not having the stuff in your house reduces consumption.

sudden mood swings? i think being energetic is a mood, as well as being lazy
I'm so energetic right now! Better go and have a jog!
*goes jogging
Wow! That was a tiring jog, now I feel sooo lazy!
*becomes lazy
OH GOD! I think I'm bipolar!!!! Better tell the internets!!!
wtf... i mean in a couple of SECONDS, not a couple of hours u fking douche
You really are not bi-polar. Happy is a mood, energetic is not a mood.
You're just, I dunno, inconsistent.

okai so "compusive lier" check
actualy i sometimes cry when i don't mean to and sometimes for no reason other times it was justa kick to the ballz
Could just be hormones, or maybe you are crying when you are emotional about something. When something means an awful lot to you and you're not exactly sure of how to word it. Happened to me a lot when I was younger. It's just you needing more confidence in yourself, which you'll get when you get older :)

I think you could be ADHD but I think it's just your body - a body bursting with hormones (not just testosterone but also growth hormones). And your mind growing as well, developing.

Like others have said, busy yourself, wear yourself out but I wouldn't recommend doing weight training until you are fully developed and grown up :)

Most people become a little paranoid when reading about symptoms and issues like ADHD, bipolar, schizophrenia, etc etc. It's easy to see symptoms and say 'well I do that, and I have that, is this what I have then?' When in fact it's usually a lot more complicated than that.

Don't stress yourself out, because going on medication for things like this, and things you might not have, is a recipe for disaster... And if you really do have ADHD, it can take months if not years to perfect the cocktail of medication in you to have you really balanced. Sometimes it's just better to leave well enough alone and try alternative methods first, like just keeping yourself busy :)

Er... I don't know what you think bi-polar disorder is, but that ain't it. I know people who are genuinely bi-polar and they can be very difficult to deal with, lovely people but wildly unpredictable at times.

Gabreil Ingleaseas scale: healthy, husky, hunky, fluffy, and DAMN!
and i am lazy (so far i'm not sellin myself to all the "ladies" '_'; )
but i find that every few hours, i will stop my video games or txting my friends or what ever and i will do something. but in a little bit, as soon as i do something, it could be anyhting, any random thing, and i will feel like bein lazy again. the only way i can use this is by 1. standin on my elbows just after my feet leave the couch 2. gettin the weights from the garage and using them for a few min, (which sometimes is the random thing i need to feel lazy) or i will 3. randomly start doing pushups and crunches during the commercials on shows so....
AM I BIPOLAR?!?!
(don't flame me for spelling or caps)
No trust me I have it really badly you'd have seen a proffessional by now if it was even the smallest innconvience

Spending a month+ in the hospital with other bipoles will do that. ;)
