My first thoughts on reading what that person sent you was, "This is obviously a scam." If it really is a friend of yours who sent you that, then they're an idiot for falling for it.

If you don't like them, delete them. Some people forward those things for fun, no reason to try to tear them down. (Although, a "Please stop sending me these" would probably go a long way.)
