There are many techniques to circumvent this. Like catching the shot in mid air with the napkin, this minimizes any post wank clean up.

Am I the only one who goes into "Am I The Only One Who..." threads and is absolutely clueless as to what the OP is speaking about? This is the only time I actually get it.

Oh, and on a more serious note: am I the only one who remembers the old TV show Odyssey? It was about a young boy who fell down a tree or something and was in a coma for most of the show. While in a coma he lived in a dream world without any adults, all of the characters in said dream world actually came from the real world.
At some point the kid woke up and was living in both worlds at the same time. I loved that show.
