I don't own it at the moment. I decided to wait a week and get Left 4 Dead 2 instead. It was worth it.

I do plan on getting it for the Console. Most likely for Xmas along with AC2.

I'm seeing a lot of discussion on MW2 threads, everyone seems happy and that's great.

But am I really the only one who didn't buy the game?

I loved CoD4 and put a hell of a lot of time into it
But the reasons I didn't buy the game are as follows:

1. I refuse to buy a game made by a publisher who think (know?) they can artificially hike the price of a game that they know will sell, essentially screwing over their fans for pure monetary benefeit. (at least Bungie TRY to cover it up)

2. I freaking HATE Robert Kotick...this could have probably gone in 1.

3. I'm just contrary like that

I'm aware that my petty protest won't even make a dent in the massive revenue of the game, and that Bobby Kotick won't notice my missing pocket of money in his ill-gotten mountain of gold but I just felt that I would value the trst of my fans a bit more if I was in the same situation.

I will buy the game eventually when I find it preowned.

I don't have it, and I don't think I'm going to get it. I saw my roommate go through the campaign and from the ending it's blatantly obvious they're going to be making a third one. And probably a fourth and fifth, because Activision is going to milk this series for all it's worth.

I don't own MW2... mainly because I'm broke from other games and everyone of my friend who own it have either returned it or just can't bother playing it because of AC2.

I don't think the price hike was artificial, they really did raise it. But seriously I have no interest in the game, Didn't play through CoD4 more than once, and the developer/publisher/whatever-I-mean-here is full of themselves.

Relax man I didn't buy MW2 and personally getting sick of hearing ppl how have bragging bout how cool it is. Not to mention the fact that if I want killing then personally I perfer games were you go at things with a sword beam sword or at the very least a knife, thus why i went and bought Assassin's Creed II instead.
PS I am really enjoying Assassin's Creed II so yay me.

Okay dearies, Let's just pretend for a moment that I wasn't making an earnest question and didn't actually think that I was the only one in the universe who doesn't own this game.

Let's pretend I was using a recognised figure of speech to display to a forum of reasonably like minded people my frustration that seemingly so many people had still bought the game despite the reasons stated above.

Actually I rented the First one yesterday.

But seeing as I still have to play Dragon Age Origins and AC2. I doubt I'll be playing the game before the year finishes
