i did, liked the first one as well. i was never into the cartoon all those years ago so that's probably why.

for me, am i the only one that actually like Navi to the point where i prefer her over Tatl and hope she comes back in a future game?

You know, it's... interesting... how we're both absolving ourselves from our crimes by addressing the player character in third person.

Oh well, anything for the sake of not breaking the fourth wall.
Well they're not RPGs or.....Uhh, I mean they're not.....the dialogue is.......Shut up.

Also, is it really "crimes"? In the context of the real world sure. But in-game it's just fueled by a drive for exploration, not greed.

OT: Hobey-ho?
If I follow you you're not the only one who likes Spader from Pendragon.

OT: Am I the only one who enjoys Tekkonkinkreet?
Pfft, of course I'm not the only who likes Spader. How can you hate him? I was kinda asking if anyone has actually read the Pendragon series, period.

As for your question...I have no idea what that is.
Haha not many people do know Tekkonkinkreet. I have in fact read the Pendragon series though. I really enjoyed it. I think Quillian games is my favorite, that or Rivers of Zadaa.

Am I the only one who actually LIKES Desmond Miles of Assassin's Creed fame (or infame, rather)?

I mean, sure he doesn't have a unique, troubled history that has shaped his psyche in an interesting way.......but, you know..... not all of us DO. Some of us are just......normal.
But... but... he reads people's emails when they're not looking.
Yeah that's a little weird. It's even more weird cause they don't set it up. How does he just know all of their password's in the first place? At least in AC1, you had to manually steal or pickpocket Lucy and/or Viddic's Id cards to gain access to their terminals.

Ah well, I guess he has his thing now. That's right. He's thing is Voyeurism. Like it or not, at least it's pretty rare, if not unique (depending on whether or not Link from "Zelda" counts as a voyeur.)
Some random person sends him the passwords in an email the first time you check the computer not sure if its ever explained who it was.

Am I the only one who ponders this question?
Am I the only one who ponders this question?
Am I the only one who ponders this question?
Etc..

Not too complex, is it?

I've kinda liked Desmond, in a bland way.

I wonder, am I the only one here who liked the Atelier Iris series?

Am I the only one who thinks that neither the Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 are inherently "better" or "worse" than the other? As far as I'm concerned, it's just a matter of what you're personally looking for in terms of functionality and what kind of bullshit you're willing to put up with. For me, I wanted free online play (because I wouldn't be using it very often), optimal reliability for the hardware, don't mind the system updates, and didn't mind paying slightly more for the console itself, so I chose PS3. If I was heavy into online play (and would therefore be looking for better online functionality, even if I had to pay for it), found frequent system updates unduly annoying, was more willing to take a risk on the reliability of the hardware, and wanted the console itself to be cheaper, then I'd have gone 360. It's just personal preference is all. Same with the PC, actually. If I had the patience to continually update the hardware I'd definitely go PC, but I don't have the patience for it, so I'm perfectly happy to stay a console tard for life.

In any case, I know I'm not the only one who hates claims like this.
Thats for sure.

I dont know about you (although I'm quietly confident you feel the same) if someone could take that experience away from me, I wouldn't even hesitate in saying yes, I don't know of many things that would make me happier to be honest.
In some ways, I wouldn't give it up. It's given me a pretty low point to compare everything else in life too (Which means everything is pretty much gravy at this point), and it's given me some insight into both myself, and others.

On the other hand, it's given me a pretty nice dose of crazy I wish I could get rid of. I viciously attack people in my sleep, wake up in panics on occasions, robbed me of most of my emotions when it comes to things that most people would vomit at, and 3 1/2 years later, I still find myself jumping at loud noises (Though I've shaken my habit of kneeling or diving to the ground), and I can't even be comfortable half the time because it drives me crazy when anyone anywhere is standing behind me.

It's a mix bag, I guess.

I think, since Marine Mike left, I'm one of 2-4 people on this site who's watched a man be blown apart in person. I'm also pretty sure I'm the only person on this site who's handled the violently (War) dead.
What are you talking about, exactly?
As a network technician in Iraq, I was sometimes caught working at our base morgue at the wrong times, and was asked to help with bodies. Not actual mortician stuff, but carrying them around and such. I remember the first guy... he was in a body bag. When we carried him, the bag sagged in the middle and sloshed around like it was full of watery mud. I soon found out he had been blown in half by a EFP, but had somehow survived long enough for our hospital to at least attempt to save him. In transit his spine was finally severed and his torso pretty much fell apart in the bag.
