Amazingly Good At COD4 When Drunk...

About a week ago i had gone out drinking because to say goodbye to friends that are off to univesity and after the night was over me and a couple of mates played COD4 on xbox live whilst really drunk.
My two mates when sober were pretty good at this game had Red Tiger on a few of their guns (Without Boosting) but in a drunkern stupor they couldn't play this game for shit!
When i had a go though it was team deathmatch on Ambush and i racked up 41 kills and about 4 deaths and i was in just as bad a state as them.

Also a friend of mine swears to Jah that when he smokes Cannabis and plays computer games that he enters a "Zen State" and has increased focus.

Anyone else play games whilst under the influence of something?

the only time i can win on Dawn of War online is when I'm tanked on Vodka.

sober my record is like 2/20 games won, then my drunk account is like 11/19 games.

anyhting fighting when on that bush and also my ex was the shit at katamari when she smoked she beat levels she was trynig to beat for months and one day on her first spliff, poof there she was finding stuff and everything

I've tried playing Cod 4 when drunk i sucked badly. All though at the time it seemed hiliarious and i couldn't stop laughing at how easy i died. Running headlong into enemy territory guns blazing in every direction except where the guy your trying to shoot at is, hardly ever works.

I also kept cooking grenades until they exploded unintentionally.

I know this may sound weird seen as how alcohol dulls your reaction times, but when playing Guitar Hero III, there is a point of drunkenness where I actually improve from my usual standard through some booze saturated miracle. I found this unbelievable myself until I checked the next day and had beaten most of my previous high scores.

It's a fine line though because that point of greatness is just before I lose the ability to sit upright.

I swear my crit rate and regeneration increases exponentially with the more I drink when I play WoW.

 

[Downside]

I guess it really depends on how intoxicated you are, as the right amound can boost your confidence and you play like a god. Where as once you cross that line you skills degrade rapidly until you find yourself staring at the screen while dribbling on the keyboard\controller.

I've not played Burst limit but me and most of my friends are huge dragonball z fans, i was godlike at Budokai Tenkaichi 2 & 3

Should definitely check it out. I haven't played any of the predecessors but it has lots of pretty colours and funny stuff happening so it's always a laugh. Only thing is it doesn't include any of the Bu saga which is a bit of a rip off.

I'm not sure if we got any better but it definitely allowed us to keep playing longer.

Skins on weapons do not show skill in CoD4, most of the time you get random headshots and if you play the game enough you get all red tiger skins without trying to get them.

On Topic: I rarely drink, maybe once or twice each month a small bottle of beer, and I will not go and play games after drinking.(I've done it a few times and I always get sick)

Am I the only one who gets annoyed at all the losers on Xbox Live who blurt out "I'm so f*cking stoned dude" or "Oh man I am sooo drunk". I mean, do they think it's cool to get sloshed and play video games? WTF!? Go out guys. Oh and most of the guys who say they are stoned have never even tried a roach. If you do actually play video games while stoned then you seriously need to get out more 'cos that's just plain sad.
