Not sure what you are or aren't seeing, but that page has all 3 colors of both the NA and Japanese version of the 3DS listed.

That might be more an amazon thing then anything else, I've been hearing that amazon is stocking less and less itself and acting more and more as an intermediary between other sellers and buyers.
