You know, this "it's the LAW!" bullshit has to stop. Laws are made to protect people from another's bad choices. The moment a law is made without that intent, then it's just a law to provide restrictions and oppression upon the masses. There is nothing in this scenario with the facts that have been presented to indicate that there was anyone to protect at all. Some one now has gotten themselves in trouble over nothing, and there will be no recourse for the person who did it to him. This man's life may be ruined now just because he had some files on his PC that some one else didn't like.

Last I heard, Americans don't have a problem watching and making films that have grotesque, over the top, violence, but the Europeans do. There is only one film I've seen where the actors are actually having sex, and that was 9 Songs. But that movie actually had meaning, a story, and actual characters.
