No. The thread does not always have to, it should. Even if it dosen't apply they should be able to put some input on the situation. Since many people do not live in America, this is not the case. So, your wrong.

Norway.
I've heard its beautiful there, its one of the richest countries in the world, and I am %25 Norwegian

OT; Umm hard to leave a place I don't live in but okey, I would move back to sweden since I was born here and got all of my family here.

If travel expenses aren't an issue, I'd go to Ireland. I've always wanted to go, the landscape is beautiful and I find the Irish accent, when used by a girl, to be sexy.
