Saints Row 2, when you shoot Dane Vogel in the mouth and he falls out the window of the skyscraper you're in, and he hits 2 things on the way down. Well, just watch, sorry I couldn't find better footage:
For "unintentionally hilarious death scene", I present to you Chapter 2: "Intensive Care" of Dead Space. You've just stepped off the tram and come upon a blinded and obviously traumatized-to-the-point-of-insanity female medic huddled over the mangled remains of a fellow crew member, ranting and raving about how she knew you were coming. She goes to hand you a kinetic module, letting it tumble out of her hands to the floor as she falls back, asking if she can "go" now. Her dying body slides to the floor...
...and then converts into a ragdoll model, and Havok physics takes over, bouncing her two feet off the floor like she fell onto a trampoline from the ceiling. Leave it to Havok to turn a moment of despondency and bewilderment into a lol-worthy situation.

Locusts dieing in cut scenes with well place Proximity Grenades in Gears 2.
When you get into the locust stronghold, and you get to a place where you need to climb a winding flight of stairs and you need to push a button to open a door, where 2 Flamer Locusts come running out of.
Before you push the button, place 1 grenade on the wall near the door and 1 a bit further down. It makes for an amusing watch. You see the first come running out during the cutscene, hear a few little beeps and BOOM! then wait a few secs and hear another BOOM!
