Sure you did. Your OP was very clear in that respect. Or are you just uninformed about piracy laws and snide against companies wanting to protect their property for no reason?
Really, and where did you get that from. I was commenting on how certain forms and methods pioneered by the gaming industry wouldn't work with other mediums, and drawing a rather humorous analogy to that respect. I also made a remark about Downloadable content, which last time I checked, had nothing to do with piracy.

It's also funny that everyone else has been commenting on how I was wrong, and stating how they could find all the books they wanted via bit torrents, and yet I'm the one you attack, despite commenting on how I prefer actual physical books and games of the legitimate kind.

Really I can't find the purpose of the existance of this subject.

Really... making games into books... really now, you are having this conversation.

Well I don't know, read some fanfiction, then read Dante's Inferno and answer yourself.
It was an amusing quasi-joke that came from a discussion with friends. I mean, videogame writers get paid the same amount of money, no matter how many games their stories end up selling. I could have made a similar joke about how developers could spend several months trying to attach the Crytek engine to a book.
