Hmm... Intriguing. I don't recall anything like this in the states. This did remind me of a film they showed once, called blue submarine number 6, but I think villain was an old man, not a kid.

Do you know where the film came from? We're the voices American, British, Australian...

I don't recall the accents unfortunately. It was long ago, and back then I wasn't good at recognizing accents.

I got nothing. Based on some of these descriptions, I'm thinking Wonderful Days, but there's no fat guy in that movie. The ending is pretty much the same though, only it's a little girl commenting on all the pretty colors.

That's not it either, but thanks anyway.

This film seems more obscure than I thought. I even tried looking at lists of animated adult films or obscure animated films with no success. I'd also like to point out that this film didn't glorify the destruction and had a very anti-war vibe.
