Full metal alchemist brotherhood(aktion,humour and intellegent stuff)

Ghost in the shell(aktion and intellegent stuff)

Ah my godess(funny)

Ergo proxy(thriller and intellegent stuff mixed with cool aktion)

Ruruoni kenshin(humour,duels and interesting plot)

Shoujo Sect, you should totally watch it with adult figures or small children with you. It even has the word innocent in the title (Har Har Har).

But seriously light anime should work like Sgt. Frog or Lucky Star or Azumunga Daioh. And if you're looking for action you should try Bleach, One Piece or Code Geass.

Heres the thing, if your looking for a slow paced, casual Anime you just want to sit in front of and relax i would go with Lucky Star, Azumanga Diaho or Pani Poni Dash, ones that are loved by alot of people and can be reasured they are good because so many people watch them are anime such As Bleach, Naruto and Dragon Ball, but my personal favourites are Kanon, Fullmetal Alchemist and Haruhi Suzumiya
