Don't you think it would be awesome if in the next elder scrolls game they allowed people to play co op with eachother? say if you knew a friend whos character was mainly speced in restoration and you were a warrior, then he could heal you while you fought? And not scaled leveling where everything levels with you , that is stupid. I like the idea of you are a level and the giant rats are always the same level not the same as you. What do you guys think?

Grammar... needs to be fixed.
As for the idea, it depends. Does the person have to be constricted to the same area your in? Probably so. Think about it. Oblivion could never function as a co-op game, because the players would simply be too spread apart.

Yea something like that except you get to keep what your character looks like and not have to choose a premade looking one.

Well if they hopped in your game they would be right near you and you would assume they would stay near you because if they don't then whats the point of co op, And sorry about my grammar, I typed it really fast and I am really tired right now lol!

I concur, especially about the grammar part.

i agree the form is whats important.

and it could work-players make servers and like 2 others can join and then they just go fighting questing leveling ect. of course leveling would be much faster becouse it would be a short thing not an epic adventure.

EDIT: becouse you cant save and load being online and such. and would go till you die.

The problem with the argument is that if its just four people running around one environment, is there truly a point to playing it with friends at all? Besides having the joy of playing with other people, its not truly cooperative is it? You are merely reaching into another world, and actively participating in it partially.

i dont think co op is a good idea, but what i would like to see is xbox live arena matches, based on character level you face other ppl, and there can be stuff like red team versus blue team, or better yet an all out war with your character as a general and 50-100 npc soldiers

this may be getting closer to just creating a whole new game, but i've always thought that TES games were perfect for setting up warlord combat and always hated that you cant control people in your faction when you become the leader of it

Ten bucks says odnom's 13 or 14. Anyway, if I wanted to play games with other people, I'd get World of Warcraft. The Elder Scrolls is singleplayer and I'd much rather it stay that way.
