Recently I watched through Code Geass (I'd recommend it) and at the rather emotional moment where

Lelouch takes away all of Shirley's memories of him to protect her and himself

All I could think of was "Dam... he could get away with rape so easy with that..." - which of course has completely sullied the moment for me.

So what are your moments like this? They can be from anything (books, movies, games, series', news reports, etc)

I laughed hysterically during the "Singin' in the Rain" rape scene from A Clockwork Orange when my teacher showed us the film in class after we read the book. Everyone gave me funny looks. I kept laughing.

I can vaguely remember doing this on multiple occasions, but I can't think of any specific examples.

Also, rape was the first thing to come to mind?

Anytime I see someone proposing I always think what would happen if they suddenly said LOL JK and acted like everything is normal or right before saying "I do" at the alter.

Yes, bad I know - but it's just because their constant sexual tension.

And not like I wanted to think it - idea behind the thread

Fair enough, I suppose, but still... Y'all need to get your mind out of the gutter. Or perhaps more appropriately, out of the dark alleyway.

Being an immature college student, I hold the magical ability to turn almost anything into an innuendo of some sort, which instantly destroys all sense of seriousness.

Try watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail, then try watching Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring. What will happen is when the Fellowship is being chased through the mines of Morai by the Goblins and by the Balrog, your constant thoughts will be 'run away, run away!'

Wanna know one of the worst times to have a bout of uncontrollable laughter?

In a graveyard mourning your dead father.

This, but since I'm on a robotics team...

"Hey! Stop poking me with that shaft!"
"Screw it in there!"
"If it won't fit, don't try to force it in!"

Those are just a couple jewels...
Hehe, jewels.

OT: While I'm playing a lot of games, I listen to music, watch TV on my PC, or listen to a podcast.
This has ruined a lot of dramatic cutscenes for me. Also, the times when I play usually overlap with when my mom is watching TV and yelling at it (long story, that), and since both of our TVs are in the same room, due to her insisting that she be able to prevent me from seeing anything that will corrupt my mind, I have to turn the volume all the way down and read subtitles.
It just ruins the entire experience.

I was having sex with a one night stand last autumn, but I was so drunk and tired that my mind constantly kept drifting to some completely different topics. A bit like JD does in Scrubs.

When Caska gets raped by Griffith at the end my first thought was "Damn, Caska's nipples are PALE!" And this was after I made it through Guts' and Caska's post-coital argument without so much as cracking a smile. God I'm weird!

For some reason usually when a main character dies I just grin. I think it's just my subconscious saying "ooh this is interesting...".

I could give an example but I'm not sure if I should...

I'd have said great at one night stands but with a character with no sense of morality..yeah wouldn't put it past him

all the time, any romantic moment is ruined because in back of my mind the porno tune is always playing (infact that plays when ever theres a man and women interaction) or during a film character death, were i end up laughing, although thats usually because i forget a chaster real name and chosen to rename them usually something comical

When any party member or otherwise dies in any kind of j-rpg i can't help but think - oh, so if they fall in battle, i can just use my phoenix down or equivalent, but if they die in a cut-scene there's nothing i can do about it...Yeah, well this sucks :(.
