I remember two that I thought were really cool.

I only saw that on the web, but I'm pretty sure it's real, and even if it isn't it's awesome. I personally wouldn't put it on my car though because I'm not American.
The other one I might have to explain. You know how you used to need these withe oval-shaped stickers with the letter(s) representing your country (such as "D" for Germany or "CH" for Switzerland) on your car to show which country you were from? Now that that's on the license plate itself it's no longer necessary.
Anyway, I saw this car that had one of those stickers, and the letters on it were "HRRDN". This may not mean anything to you, but I'm sure it stands for "Heiliges Römisches Reich Deutscher Nation", so in English "Holy Roman Empire". That is awesome!
