An Introduction

So I've finally decided to wander, bleary-eyed and uncivilized, from the dark corners of not having an Escapist account. I've actually been keeping track of The Escapist for quite awhile, but never really thought to join the awesome community you all have going on here. Anyway, yeah, I'm Kiwifresh, it's nice to meet you all, and if any of you have some advice or things I should know, I'd really appreciate hearing them.

I would be careful when it comes to talking with certain people. It's easy to get a warning for no other reason than having a conversation go on for to long. Don't even get me started on swearing in here. Alright for some people, I did it once and got a warning so I guess the rules go out the window.

Odd. I swear all the damn time on here, and I've never gotten a warning for it.

OT: Don't insult anyone, whether it's obvious, veiled, implied, whatever. They can be the most unreasonable, stubborn jackass on here, but if you call them that, you're the one who will get mod wrath.

Also, go to the User Review section, read some of them, maybe consider writing your own, new writers are always welcome.

Now George is in a coma and we don't know if he'll ever wake up. Haha George haha! Now, you don't wanna be like George do you? Case 3: Valarie Tyler got this letter. Another chain letter she thought. She only put this in 7 threads. Well, that night when she was having a shower she saw Bloody Mary.

Also, if you are replying to someone directly, use the "QUOTE" button instead of "reply", that way they know they are being replied to.

Thanks for the advice! I've seen some people hyperlink other users' profiles to indicate who they're responding to. Would anybody happen to be able to tell me how that works?
