[Edit]

does over the last ten years mean they were around in 2001 to 2011 or existed with the range of 2001 and 2011? because Myspace (or My_____) was founded in 2003 according to Wikipedia...

Do governments count? They changed alot and count as organisations/companies.
dont see why not, any government body you had in mind?
Try the French one.

- Tribal government (gauls)
- Republic (Rome, though they didn't really get to do anything themselves, it was more that rome ruled them)
- Imperial Government (Late Rome)
- Despotic Monarchy (Early Franks)
- Feudal Monarchy (Up untill the 100 years war or so)
- Absolute Monarchy (Louis XIV)
- Republic (1789)
- and then it changed a few more times. Read it all on the following sites:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/France
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankish_Kingdom
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/France_in_the_Middle_Ages

There are other countries, but France is the first that comes to mind.
