Hoping this is in the right section...

I have just recently started reviewing games, the only two being done so far are earth defence force 2017 and dynasty warriors 6. However I find myself looking at my games and having no clue what to do for my next one, I was hoping to avoid mainstream games until I have people that will read my reviews consistantly, which I realize means I need to review more games.

This is where the problem lies, every time I begin to write a review, I find there is something in or about a game that would make my review suffer for, an example being a review of Operation Flashpoint: Dragon rising being canceled because I have yet to beat the game and its unforgiving difficulty.

So now I ask the community, or rather anyone who gives a shit, about what games they think not enough people review. Unfourtunatly I have a list of games I can review that does not include every single one ever made so I ask that people take some time to seriously consider what they would like to see a review for out of the games listed:

(most are for the 360)

1. Armored Core 4, or For answer (the sequel) or both

2. Red Faction: Guerrila

3. Left 4 Dead

4. Halo Wars

5. Call of duty 4 and/or Modern Warfare 2 (because there aren't enough of those already)

6. Halo 1,2,3 or ODST or any combination

7. Forza motorsport 2 and/or 3

8. Guitar Hero 2,3 or Metallica

9. Operation Flashpoint: Dragon rising (after I have it done and beat)

10. Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie/Nuts and bolts

11. Command and conquer 3: Tibirium wars/Kanes wrath

12. EndWar

13. Burnout Paradise

14. Ninja Gaiden 2

15. GTA 4

16. Perfect Dark and/or Zero

17. Gears of war and/or 2

18. Timeshift

19. Fable and/or 2

20. Castle Crashers

21. Shadowrun

22. Trials HD

23. Phantasy star online episode 1&2 and/or Universe

24. Super smash brothers brawl

25. Dead rising

26. Over-G Fighters (I think this one is a really good candidate)

27. Ace Combat 4/5/6

28. Saints Row 2

29. Fallout 3

30. Command and conquer Red alert 3

There you have it, the top 30 games that came to mind, any other game would have a review written by someone who barely played the game, all of the above stated I have beaten (with the exception of OF:dragon rising) and could probably give a half-decent review of

Personally, I'd like to see an Armored Core: For Answer review. Too little love for AC.

I would read one for Red Faction Guerilla, Dead Rising, Susper Smash Bros, Phantasy star online, Burnout and Timeshift out of your list, hope that helps :)

Does it really matter if they've been reviewed before? Just do what you want.

Oh and this isn't the right section, off topic would have gotten you more answers as well.

Blah, I though this was the wrong section, and as per your statement regarding if it matters if it has been reviewed before, it isn't so much that they have been reviewed before, more that I am mostly reviewing games I like but can critisize easily but to do a game like Call of duty 4 would be much more of a challange, having to cover the multi-player aspects as well, also having to slap myself and think of some things to critique the game on, because if there are no bad points to a review it just becomes a very un-interesting read about un-relenting praise.

Also this was not too many replies I seem to have a good idea of what I will do next, I am most likely going to review AC For answer next.

It's not a matter of reviewing things that no one else touches, it's a matter of making your reviews unique, interesting, recognizable and personal so that despite the topic, people will want to read it.

I think I adressed that point already in my last comment...but again, I should have worded it better by saying I don't want to review popular games just yet because I need to be able to really think about what makes the game good and what makes it bad as opposed to just ranting about how much I enjoy the game
