DEADLY PREMONITION

But in all seriousness, New Vegas is great. However, Deadly Premonition is high on my list.

Ummm.... Mass Effect 1&2? I don't play my 360 much, sorry I'm not much help. Maybe Metro 2033, but that's a rent first, then buy if you like it kind of game. >.>
Thanks anyway, but I've already played Mass Effect 1 & 2 to death as well as Dragon Age. Also I'm not fussed about whether I'm owning the game for life or not, I just really want to play a game for now.
Alright, then. Maybe N3 or N3II? Hack 'n' slash, damn fun. You could also try out Quake 4, but I dunno about 15 hours of play on any of those three...

Vanquish is pretty fun, too. Again, I dunno about the playtime length.

Just Cause 2 is endless fun if you like blowing shit up and flying around with a momentum canceling grappling hook and the ability to pull parachutes out of your arse.

Batman: Arkham Asylum is supposed to be quite fun as well.

Dead Space is the most fun I've had with a third-person game in a long time and I recommend it.

Can't think of much else. It'd be easier if you said what genres you generally like. :X
N3 is Ninety nine knights? I've been avoiding that like plague. I barely enjoy Dynasty Warriors, and N3 just seems like a really bad version of it.

I was thinking about Vanquish, a fast paced shooter seems distracting, but I heard it's really short.

Arkham I've played, Saint's Row played and loved, also one of my games of the year. Dead Space haven't finished, not really motivated to either.

Also I'm REALLY not fussed about Genres, I play everything and anything, the only exception is that I can't really get into Sport games at all.

Theres always Bioshock, might not give you 15 hours if you barrel through it.
But it's older so you could pick it up cheap, and I personally loved the story.

I would suggest Tales of Vesperia. I do not really play jrpgs, but this game is really fun. I would definitely recommend this game as a rental, maybe a buy.

I noticed you had not put Saint's Row 1 or 2 on there and if you have not played either of those game I HIGHLY recommend you play those. They are not really story heavy, but the characters in the games are great. The game does not take itself serious at all, and I always have a great time playing either game.
Oh God, Vesperia is a penultimate game for me, I loved the gameplay and even though Yuri is one of my favorite characters from any game (he's up there with Niko Belic, the main character from Saint's Row 2, Gaz and John Marston), I loathed every other character with a passion, the only JRPG cast I could dislike anymore would be the cast from FF XIII, it was such a shame, Yuri was a really well thought out protagonist, with good dialogue and a great character development arc, what the fuck happened to every other character?

The problem I have with older games isn't their concept or graphics, but more so gameplay mechanics. At the time they were brilliant but you really notice how old it is after you've played current-gen games.

Ocarina of time is a perfect example, when you play it you realize how much you take something like skippable dialogue and a camera control for granted.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, it can easily carry you for 30-50 hours and up to 150 hours, very fun and interesting.

How's Splinter Cell Conviction?
About 5 hours if you're pretty good at Splinter Cell and play it on regular :)

The five hours are pretty good though, I will say that. After you get used to the new control scheme.

I agree with everything you just said. Carol really pissed me off for some reason, he was just really annoying. I haven't played the game in awhile, but I remember that when Sodia stabbed Yuri, he falls off the edge. He then later regroups with everyone, but the situation is never brought back up and it really annoyed me that no ever finds out, specifically Flynn, that she tried to kill him and I also felt her reason for stabbing him was pretty poor.

I did really enjoy the game though.

dark siders is really good... lets see... OH I know, resonance of fate, thats a good long game with an interesting story and likable chars
Resonance of fate? Is that a JRPG, because I've been VERY skeptical of them lately.
If that's the case, get Tales of Vesperia. It's not just a great JRPG, it's a great game. It has a good story, likable characters (unlike many JRPGs), and a fun fighting system. It's also a long game, so it will take more than 15 hours to beat. Also: I've been Ninja'd

good call

and my recommendation, if you don't have it yet, Red Dead: Redemption. It's a fun game with an interesting story, a campaign that should last about 15 hours, and is extended well by the Undead Nightmare DLC.

Shadow of the colossus. It's not on 360, it's actually for play station 2, but it fits all of your other requirements, so don't be so picky.
