Andy Serkis Joins Avengers 2

Joss Whedon says he wants to capture the fact that Ultron has had many iterations in the comics, so we will likely see many different versions of Ultron as he upgrades and adapts himself to fight the Avengers. It's likely that Serkis will be mocaping for ultron, maybe robot minions too? And obviously he's working close with Ruffalo, he does the mocap for Hulk.

As much as I want to see his more modern incarnation on screen referring to people as fleshy meatbags and getting drunk, I can't see them including him in the same movie they introduce the vision. Plus he really needs Monica Rambeau http://marvel.com/universe/Rambeau,_Monica to properly play against.

Though, seriously, if we get either of those onscreen before we get Carol Danvers, I won't even be able to cope. I love them both and all, but seriously. The MCU needs more Danvers.

It has been said that Avengers 2 will have a greater focus on Bruce Banner/The hulk thank the last so could Serkis be playing one of the hulks badguys like Abomination?

I've heard Hawkeye will be getting more focus as well.

Honestly, I loved the first movie, but the amount of characters has me worried this could be a trainwreck.

I'm not sure if they have the film rights for him. Doesn't he usually show up in Fantastic Four stories? He might be part of the deal that gives Fox the rights to the FF movies.
