Surely a game or games in particular have gotten you to breaking point, so what game if you can remember made you the most angry and even if you can't remember the game, what did you do when at your most angry and frustrated period? Was a controller broken? Was a console broken? Was a TV broken? Did you burst into tears? Did you refuse to play for a week? Did you sell the game off and refuse to complete it?

Do tell :D
Definitely not my angriest moment, but the most recent that I can remember:

I love Blackjack, but playing it on Fallout: New Vegas with just 5 luck? Not as fun as you might think...
I spent ages working up a profit of about 1000 caps, betting just 8 at a time, because I didn't want to lose it all too quickly (which is quite ironic considering what next happens). I then put the bet up to 200 (max) and lost... I got slightly annoyed at this and proceeded to bet again, I lost again.

At this point I was determined to win (and quite mad) so I just kept betting at 200, until I predictably lost it all :(

Looking back on it afterwards, it was incredibly stupid, and I did get really angry. Nothing was broke, but admittedly my headset did travel at quite a speed across my room...

Only sports games. I've broken more controllers (one) playing NCAA than any other game
On Fifa 11 I usually get angry if I lose multiple times in a row :L

Donkey Kong ... erm Country for the GameBoy ... effin nautilus I went thru it over 10 times ... memorizing the path, but I kept getting stuck and having a game over and thus needing to start the level over again.

I broke the screen. Luckily the fix was quicker than sending in a 360 and I was back throwing barrels in no time.

Completely shattered a controller and an extremely unlucky 42 runs in a row.....
ahhh this brings back some (mostly bad) memories, from when I first played through a CoD game on veteran, and I tried to complete this. I must have played through it over 100 times in one night, just trying to get through that damn plane...

Through my fault, every single CoD game of Veteran.
or (much more) specifically, the last two goddamn missions on World at War on veteran, they were murder to complete (fucking grenades).

Arkham Asylum, due to the inconsistency of Batman's attacks. I'd get a great combo going, and then something stupid would happen. Sometimes just tilt the stick and press the button, and he'll jump all the way across the room to hit someone while other times, the exact same input on my part only causes him to turn around and punch the air just about a foot short of that mook that was about to throw a cinder block at me. Combo breaker. Also, the dlc level where you just fight an endless horde of enemies. I wanted a map like that from the beginning, so I was happy they finally put one out, only to find that they cluttered it up with lunatics. Almost every time I try to take one out, no matter how many normal henchmen I've stunned, disabled, batgrappled, knocked down with batarangs, I always have about three guys show up to tee off on the back of my skull when I go for the ground takedown. The inconsistent targeting also factors in, because I am clearly aiming Batman at one of those regular joes he is actually "allowed" to hit, only to have him go off on a tangent and waste an attack (and the combo containing it) on a lunatic that was half a screen away. I also hate how Batman seems to go into slow motion during a ground takedown, but the enemies don't. Lovely. I really hope they tighten the sequel up a bit.

The final battle in MGS-2 on the hardest difficulty also had me going for a while, but that was mainly because I had a roommate who was constantly bugging me at the same time.

Also, Oblivion. I guess my disc got scratched up somehow (which is odd considering how OCD I am about keeping them as pristine as possible) so that some sections of Cyrodiil don't load in where they should. I recently discovered that the starting dungeon is one of these sections, which means I can't start any new characters. Well, I can, but as soon as I get to a certain point the game freezes. Actually, considering that a visual inspection certifies the disc as practically scratch free, I'm just going to chalk it up to another casualty of Bugthesda.

I never throw or break anything when getting mad. But Shao fuckin' Kahn gets me to insult everything in the world with the worst words ever.

I've done this, too. Fucking hunter asshole kept kiting me...

OT: I've thrown controllers, punched walls (fracturing 3 knuckles), kicked door frames (fracturing 2 toes) and sworn very loudly at almost every game I've played.

Especially AssCreedBros. Those. Fucking. Crossbowmen. Whoever had the idea of letting them back away from you at the same speed you run a them, with the ability to block your attacks should be shot. Twice.

Company of Heroes. It's basically a war for who's quickest to capture strategic points, then if you happen to have more then grats, you've basically won the game already. Then to confound that, it seems the people who play it online are gigantic arseholes.

Elitists who boot people for being lower than level 10
Bad winners
Bad losers
General dickheads

It's so bad that I only play with friends now, to avoid the online demographic...

Pretty sure it was a FIFA game, but it was ages ago so I can't really remember. What I CAN remember is stabbing a wardrobe door repeatedly with a screwdriver.

Yanked the ps2 off the cabnit with the controller after losing to that ***** Seymour in FFXII for what had to be the 100th time. Sitting through the un-skipable cinematic only to be tortured by his demon thingy for three hours straight drove me crazy.

I'm happy to say I got past it a few years later when I decided to play again :p

Other than that, GTA gets me mad. And racing games.

Well it's my own stupid fault for putting painkiller redemption on nightmare difficultly when I simply can't handle it, I play for about 20 mins then quit, making very slow progress whilst screaming.

I'm glad controllers can take a squeezing. I've nearly wrecked my controller several times on Alma in Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox. I gave up on it. Nearly got her one time, but then I got killed when I was two blows away from victory. Never touched it again.

A series of different shit events in WoW caused me to punch my fist into the wall.
Felt strangely relaxing after it, maybe the pain woke me up from the sea of rage.

Dragon Age 2. Not because anything was broken.
A number of unfavourable events transpire with relation to your family, and then you find out that certain other people may have been involved with those events, and then I got angry and killed everything.
Surprisingly immersive game.
How about when another person commits an unspeakable act of sheer terrorism. That pissed me off big time.
That one was more shock than anger, on my part at least.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, during the bomber mission. The flying machine is already a pain in the ass to control, and now you're gonna make me shoot a messenger on horseback? Pretty much have to be really lucky, and boy did that part piss me off more than a few times.
And I completely agree with you. That took waaaaaay too long.

Pokemon Pinball on the GBA. That game require little skill since you are just using the flippers but how the hell did that game make me not catch the rarer Pokemons??? I was so close in catching Mex but do to how muchthe flippers suck I miss my chance of capturing Mew.
I was so pissed of that I slam the GBA into the wooden frame on my bed (which cause the game to reset). That is the most violences I have ever gotten with a game (I rational enough to not throw it at the wall or anything like that).
