I think the worst I've done is while playing Black Ops Gun Game (I think) with my friend. Just got off the bloody China Lake when he stabs me, get off again, he stabs me again. Once more I get off AND HE STABS ME AGAIN! I turned to him and Gibbs-slapped him to the back of the head.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned it yet, but the summer special level from AAAaAaaaa- a Reckless Disregard for Gravity really ticked me off to the point where it woke up a sleeping flatmate in the next room. The level design was horrible (looping deaths) and I found the controls to feel a lot stickier than I remembered (probably due to the claustrophobic nature of the level)

MW2 on the hardest setting the npcs can apparently see through walls, infinitely spawning enemies, unbalanced guns.

The online was just frustrating.

Brawling online with idiots that spam Kirby's Stone or Sonic's Homing attack doesn't bother me that much. What bothers me immensely is when they WIN with these tactics.
If I notice that I've been beaten by a dude who is clearly worse than me by virtue of Golden Hammer - Final Smash - Fan combo or overreliance on Special moves as stated above, I secretly wish everyone in the house could go for a long car drive without me so I could become the Angry German Kid.
If you dare, for one second, side with the aforementioned Kirby and Sonic n00bs, you do not deserve the Internets.

Side Note: There was this one time in which I deleted my Mario Vs DK: Mini-Land Mayhem save in preparation for returning it for store credit, but when I found out they couldn't accept it because I'd peeled off an OFLC sticker they probably had loads of I was prepared to punch somebody in the face, but the only two people within punching range were girls...

so yeah.

"So, Citadel Council, where do we stand on stopping the biggest threat in the galaxy after I've been dead for two years?"
"Ah yes, "Reapers"."
"... FUCK"

Scott Pilgrim versus the world on XBLA. I loved the look of the game and everything, and the music all made for a great aesthetic but it's just not fun at all. Controls are sticky, everyone has stupid block abilities and health. Ugh.

Supreme commander II. simply by comparison with its predecessor.
Reasons to be angry at SupCom II: Characters were token, mechanics paltry, what probably got to me most: simplification for so-called accessability. As if anyone who didn't know the original would pick up the expansion! That was probably the dumbest idea ever, it's innovative economics system and strategic depth were that game's biggest (only?) selling points. Take those away and you're left with a bland, (perhaps worst of all) mediocre RTS.
Worst of all, had it been stand-alone (say, commander dull's monotonous adventure) it wouldn't have gotten the hate it got now.

The last third of Dragon Age 2. Gawd, where to begin.

One of my idiot companions caused the qunari invasion. Another idiot companion made me kill her entire clan because she couldn't get it into her head that demons are bad news. Yet another idiot companion thought the best way to set his people free would be a high profile act of terrorism against a bunch of innocent people.

Despite every one of my attempts to be diplomatic, every scenario ended in violence. The leader of the mages I'd spent the entire game trying to protect freaked out, turned himself into a Warcraft III style abomination and tried to murder me. Then the leader of the opposing faction did the exact same thing.

Then, to add further insult to injury, it turned out Leliana had survived her beheading in the first game. Terrific.

Trying to get the Sun Sigil in FFX. I threw the controller at the wall, I think I cracked one of the handles and broke the vibration doodad.

Just questing in WoW caused me to break into tears although I wasn't exactly the most emotionally stable person at that time. All I was doing was questing and I kept running into other people, there's nothing that I hate more than other people doing the same quest as me in WoW. I wound up breaking my laptop.

Minecraft. Or more specifically creepers. It's drives me nuts when they blow up one of my farms and I have to spend valuable daylight refilling bloody holes or rebuilding fences or running around punching grass looking for f*cking seeds to replant my crops.

When I was like 8 I was playing pokemon mystery dungeon on my ds. There were allot of plot twists in the story, the first one made me literally bite a chunk out of my ds. The second one made me shove a ds stylis into the sccreen cracking the screen severely. More recently I have punched the pannels out of my bedroom door becaused of assassin`s creed Brotherhood. I also smashed the screen of my laptop playing Halo combat evolved.

Any competitive multiplayer game where poor game-design forces me to play with people from overseas. The worst part of course is that the foreigners (I'm looking at you America) always gets host. This means that I always get a yellow or red connection when playing games like Halo or Call of Duty (even with local filters). What makes it worse is that after I get raped because of lag, some red neck booms over a head set like a total troll. Then I LOSE MY SHIT. I'm not racist or nationalist or a bigot but competitive multi-player turns me into a very hate filled person. Since those days I haven't played much online games for that very reason so... I guess the issues could have been fixed.

I would also like to point out that ALL recent Call of Duty games make me rage because of poor game design flaws and cheap dishonorable players.

Persona 4's fishing minigame to get guardians.

Chance of a Guardian biting: maybe 5%
Chance of the circle button on my PS2 controller not working properly and the fish slipping off the hook as a direct result: maybe 50%
Chance of me spiking my PS2 controller into the ground as if it were an American football when that happens and then stomping off in anger: It's over 9000%

Granted, that's probably at least part of the reason why it doesn't work when I want it to, but I choose to blame everyone that isn't me for this regardless.

I never get more violent beyond pounding my fist on the table, but there was one point in Batman: Arkham Asylum where i ragequit after banging my fist on my knee and really hurting my hand. I actually like the game and that's why it was so frustrating that i couldn't get the control scheme to cooperate during the Shock and Awe Extreme challenge. I kept having to reset because Batman would fling a single batarang at a downed enemy rather than a multi-attack on the people charging right at him, and sometimes he would never exit the evade animation when i was trying to use the throw special attack. I gave up when Batman bizarrely tried to do a ground attack when i was trying to counter despite the fact that i wasn't pressing the right trigger.

And there was a similar reaction to Halo Wars. At one point during the campaign the warning system that alerts you when your units are under attack never switched on, so when i quit managing a group of Hornets and tried to go back to my base to destroy a reactor i no longer needed and replace it with a new supply pad, i noticed the base was almost entirely destroyed because it never alerted me to the locusts that killed the garrisoned infantry and my defense turrets.
