Junpei from P3. I always tend to have stubble, a buzzed head, and a ball cap. Sure, people are going to be wondering what a Mexican Junpei is doing at a Con, but fuck it. Those never happen around here anyways.

Either Kenshin(of Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X fame), or Zero/Lelouch(if I have some serious funds).

John from Homestuck.

I have glasses, black hair, and large front teeth.

Put on a the shirt, get in some shorts, and bust out my sledgehammer.

I haven't watched anything anime in a while, so I'd likely go as a video game character. More specifically, an NCR Veteran Ranger without the helmet, because I fucking hate helmets. Riot/bulletproof vest with neck protector, riot gloves, combat boots, jeans, a few belts and/or ammo holders, and a duster. Paint the vest and duster a bit, and voila.

I do actually plan on doing this someday. If I have it all before next December, which I should, it'll also be my apocalypse outfit.

Valkenhayn R. Hellsing from BlazBlu: CS for sure.
I've got the tall slender build with broad shoulders. I also have very similar cheekbone structure and nose to Valk. With a little make up, a fake beard, and a wig I could do quite nicely :D.
As to the costume. Valk just wears a 3 piece suit with some custom embroidery. The shirt, pants, and shoes wouldn't be hard to pull off at all. The vest and coat however, would probably require some professional help. Luckily, I have a good rapport with a local tailor, and I'm pretty sure he would be able to reproduce the two items based off of the picture.

and really, who wouldn't want a set of these duds?

If I had the skills to do it (and the money), I would actually try cosplay as either a Spartan/ODST, Helghast or some other soldier with face-obscuring mask. Failing that, I'd try to do the same thing but instead of a mask, wear a beret and some sunglasses.

Sagara Sanosuke from Ruroni Kenshin.

I'm tall, brown haired, lanky, yet well muscled from working out a lot. All I have to do is act like a self interested prick with an ego issue.... wait that's not acting, that's being normal.

I would cosplay these - http://www.cosplay.com/costumes/m177617/

Since that's my cosplay profile of everyone I've cosplayed so far. The future ones are the ones without photos in them. Those are my work-in-progress outfits. =)

I'd go as Reno from FFVII purely because I have a suit that's laying around from Senior Portraits and I have an extendable ASP Baton... I could get the wig easily

I don't know. It's unlikely that'd I'd ever go to a convention on account that I can't stand crowds. Besides, I don't know many Anime/Game characters that wear glasses.
*And before anyone says anything, no I would not even consider cosplaying as Gordon Freeman.

I'd probaly go as Sho Minamimoto from The World Ends With You.

http://images.wikia.com/twewy/images/5/5c/Minamimoto.jpg

It wouldn't be that hard to make really; get yourself a longcoat, a pair of black jeans, combat boots, a red bandanna, a black trucker cap, and you're good to go! Only problem would be the arm tats, however.

I went as a "red shirt" (Star Trek TNG) to Kawaii Kon one year. Lot of people took pictures of me, my costume was pretty spot on.
