I reckon that called attacks should go for the Jack Rakan approach. [http://www.onemanga.com/Mahou_Sensei_Negima%21/201/15/] Oh how I love him.
I agree with this statement, though you might wanna avoid linking to manga-reading sites in the future for legal reasons.
That is a fair point. The post has been altered to show a picture from a photo sharing site instead.

Also, your avatar is terrifying yet cute. What anime is that from?

Oh yeah, it's all about the Gekigun Flare, the most pointless shouted attack ever (it's a joke at the expense of called attacks) from the classic Martian Successor Nadesico from way back in the VHS days.
you get awesome points for mentioning Nadesico. Here, have a cookie.

DRAGON SLAVE! Although that is a spell, I do hope it counts :D There are little phrases more terrifying than the utterance of those chaos words.
I would say that Giga Slave was more terrifying chaos words. After all a spell that can destroy existence if it goes wrong are more terrifying than "just" a powerful dark magic spell :)

First off, in real life or in a movie, any of those would feel simply retarded (unless they're spells, do they count as called attacks?). That's why I don't really consider that notion too cool.
I second the sentiment expressed here. It doesn't happen in real-life martial arts or combat (Unless you count snipers calling where their shots will land), and it would put you at a disadvantage. Also, who on earth is going to have the calmness required to say something like "GIGA DRIll-BREAKER!" in ther middle of a fight. People tend to have trouble saying anything other than expletives, in my experience.

Look at my first post in this thread.
Alright, if you're too lazy to do that, it's Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, specifically the second season A's.

Goku's Kamehameha

What I really wonder about is why the opponents just stand there and let them do it. Why not attack during the build up? Makes no sense to me.

But hardly anyone knows about the Giga Slave. Most laymen know Dragon Slave and know to run.

I freely admit to not being much of an anime fan, but personal favorite as far as called attack goes...

Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken, though of course it's not called out as such, and is generally better known as just:

ATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATA (repeat for several dozen seconds, followed by enemy's entire body exploding rather gorily), here presented in both Japanese and English:

...just because the first time I saw it, my reaction was quite literally: "What...the...fuck?" Then I cracked up laughing.

I'm surprised that no-one's mentioned this before:

Don't click if you can guess what it is.

All you need to know is that it's awesome.

Warning! Titles can be misleading. True name is Magical Gundam Lyrical Nanoha.

In the anime Needless there is a character who can copy other peoples abilities. He uses this to copy a technique called Little Boy. I find this hilarious considering this character is a lolicon.
