The two things that made me cry, both animes: The first was the end of Wolf's Rain and the flashback's in it, and the other was 5 Centimetres per Second, the whole thing, mainlythe narration and stuff...so sad.

The saddest death ever, of All TIME!

Gurren Lagann spoilers below:
As sad as that is, I still have to go with this as the saddest death of all time (In a game):
RED DEAD REDEMPTION SPOILERS AHEAD.

I know it doesn't seem like much to anyone who hasn't played through the entire game, but this is the most crushing thing in the game.

Holy shit, how did I miss this? Easily the most depressing, haunting and beautifully sad film I've ever seen, bar none.

Game: Star Wars Republic Commando - CRYING WITH FRUSTRATION FOR A DAMN SEQUEL!
"Republic Commando 2:Sev's Revenge". I'm still waiting.

OT: There were several times over the course of the Gundam 00 Series that really got to me. The two killers for me were when Lockon dies at the end of S1 and when Anew gets killed in S2.

Come to think of it, the Gundam Metaseries has always done a really good job of making its characters human and relate-able. Because there's always at least one or two moments in every series that just kill me. Maybe not enough to make me cry, but they hit the heartstrings pretty heavily.

Many things but most recently it was Clannad: After Story...

Pretty much all of it but the scenes that stand out are when Tomoyo falls out with his male friend, when Nagisa dies in childbirth, when Tomoyo embraces his daughter in the field and later when his daughter dies

It's one of the most crushing, tear jerking and hard hitting drama without being sad for sadness' sake, I've seen in a long time...

Angel Beats!'s ending gets a nod too.

James in Fallout 3. When i played through it the first time that completely shocked me, and going through the tunnels directly afterwards i kept killing ghouls through the tears...

Marston in RDR was one i didn't see coming 0.o i wasn't said just angry, and consequently enjoyed getting revenge on that prick to ordered his end.

I own a Golden Retriever and have tried to watch Marley and Me every time it's on Sky Movies but i can do it ;(

The first ten minutes of UP. I hate and love that movie so much for playing with my emotions so effectivly.

Doctor Who. There are a few times. The most recent was tonight when re-watching the Vincent episode in season five when the Doctor takes Vincent to the future to show him how much he is loved and remembered after his time.

The end of FMA.

This, especially near the end. While I have never cry from a film (I least I do feel something unlike my emotionless bro) my eyes got tears up from that scene.

I need to stop checking on this topic or im going to end up crying at all the memories. Yes that was sad but im going to add the part at the end when he was looking at her adventure book and it was their life together.

I was such a fucking idiot when I was 13.
I cried when Ash died in the first movie, so you're not alone there

Also Pokemon related, I cried at the end of Pokemon mystery dungeon, when the player character leaves, the fact that your partner takes it so hard really got me going.

Well someone has already said Clannad, so I'll just say these two instead.

Warning major spoilers for Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni and FMA. Click the spoiler boxes with caution.

When Keiichi remembers that he killed Mion and Rena in another world and says sorry, not completely sad but I found it quite emotional.

Maes Hughes death, but it wasn't his death that got me, it was his daughter's words during the funeral. "Mama why are they burying daddy? He has work to do, mama they can't bury daddy he has to go to work make them stop."

Nanako's death.
I had to put the game down for a while after that. It takes a lot to get me to cry.
