Just use the search bar. Theres probably hundreds of these threads and everyone always says the same things.

Also, you could just look yourself. You can't really be considered a fan of something if your getting everyone else to do stuff for you. And if your just finding hentai then the site your looking through is probably shit.

D Gray man
My favorite anime and if you liked FMA you will most likely enjoy D Gray Man, just be aware that a single story/fight in the series can drag out over multiple episodes.

I'm going to repeat Code Geass, because it always deserves at least two mentions.

Also Princess Tutu has guitar ninjas (memetically figuratively speaking but still).

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is also pretty cool. Sure it may appear mundane on the surface but half the point is that the world is way more interesting than the titular character thinks.

make sure you watch the dub though, the subbed is "alright" but Kyone's drool humor is lost in translation somewhat.
