I shed one tear watching Clannad after story.

Edit: I fought it all the way, but at one point (I can't remember which) my eyes watered enough for one tear to escape. And that is a pretty strong reaction coming from me I believe. That anime is the saddest most touching thing I have ever seen regardless of medium.

Clannad and the After Story either brought me to tears or the brink of it many times.

Princess Tutu has some remarkably heart-tugging moments for a kid's anime. That little duck is just so friggin' courageous *sniff*.

Special A. had some moving scenes as well. I think it's the ones that can make you laugh the are the most prone to bring about a sudden heart-tugging moment, bringing about a nice bit of emotional depth.

Fullmetal Alchemist definitely made me pretty sad at times. I've yet to see Brotherhood but I hear it's even more intense.

***SPOILER ALERT ***

In Fairy Tail (manga) when Wendy's guild turned out to be nothing but an illusion and they all just vanished like nothing right before her eyes and she was left there, crying her eyes out. She's just a little girl and she had been raised first by a dragon and then left alone so she spent her childhood there and suddenly one day "POOF" all her life-long friends and comrades are gone.

***SPOILER ALERT***

Death Note at the obvious part.
Yeah, I cried at that part too. Poor potato chip, it had such a long, wonderful life ahead of it but that bastard ate him right in front of his whole family. Heartbreaking.

Air, Kannozuki no Miko (Preistess of the Godless Month and Requiem for the Phantom. It's pretty bad since I'm normally the person that people think is devoid of emotion, let's hope they never see me watching these.
Always nice to see another KnM fan.

Kannazuki No Miko's ending was probably what brought me closest to tears (I don't cry, doesn't happen), other close calls for me were The end of Chrono Crusade and parts of FMA Brotherhood.
For once I'm happy to be ninja'd. I'm not sure if they were happy tears or sad tears but there sure were a lot of them.

The original FMA. They draw out Hughes character a lot more than in the Brotherhood series so it seems to have a lot more of an impact on you (I cried when he was shot by Envy when he looked like his wife then again when mustang was crying)

Also in Trigun. Killing Wolfwood was a gigantic tear jerker, like come on! If you didn't cry or get teary eyed you're not human
