Other than that, I'd say "The flesh... The flesh of fallen angels!" from Max Payne. It's not that it's annoying per se, but some of my fellow roleplayers drop it all the time whenever one of their characters need to have a shot of The Crazy.

Either that or "Let me put a smile on that face!" à la Heath Ledger.

*sighs* quoting video game lines and one-liners from movies does not a character make. If anyone here's ever been involved in message board roleplays, you're probably familiar with that sort of character building... erm, "technique". Take Cool Aspect from Licensed Character A, mash it with Cool Aspect from Licensed Character B, skip the part where you invest yourself in the character because that's just too much work - and poop all over the carefully constructed personalities of the other players.
