I think Facebook is a pretty silly website.
So you can communicate to people through a computer and telling them about non-importand things through the INTERNET!
The place where you want to tell everyone your secrets and just so you know I think Cache works for facebook as it works for google.
Now why not ring the person you want to talk to, give them a hug and tell them that they aren't alone in this world.
For that's what we're all afraid of.
Being alone, completely alone, for when you have no one to talk to,no one to turn to.
Then you will trully experience loneliness.

I'm only disappointed they didn't do more damage. I hate Facebook. Their questionable ethics (what little there are) and near-blatant data-mining and privacy violations have all but turned me away from them in every regard. The only reason...and I do mean the ONLY reason, I still have a page on there, a rather spartan one at that, is to keep up with some people. Even so, I'm still trying to convince them it's better to keep in touch via phone or mail instead. Facebook is like Twitter. A sad waste of great technology for a pretentious, self-absorbed generation.

Facebook doesn't need really powerful servers, not to the level sites like youtube would need, although they see alot of traffic its just text and pictures, a few hundred people hitting it with Low Oribit Ion Cannons would take it down.DazZ. said:

Also, if it only took a poxy thousand people to take down Facebook, it would be down constantly.
Just because there are threads claiming credit for the server downtime doesn't mean they actually did it. Likely just another example of trolls trolling trolls.
