Did they actually add all the planned features or have they left some out?

Don't get me wrong, I have heard nothing but good things about KSP, but a lot of Early Access games reach full release when they haven't even implemented half of the planned features, leaving a broken game without the Early Access title for defence against criticism.
I know how you feel. I avoid Early Access like the plague....99% of the time. KSP was my exception and it's done a wonderful job of being a fantastic game even in Alpha.

From what I've gathered, as the game progresses, they've added more planned features as others are implemented, so hard to say. Though I've heard there is more they plan to add(such as mutiplayer of some kind). I'm not super deep in the community or anything but apparently there were no plans to have Female Kerbals until recently and as of 1.0 now there are female Kerbals.

What a lot of people have been pushing for is that some of the features available only as mods be implemented into the base game, such as Mechjeb(which is a sort of autopilot feature) or the docking indicator(right now the game makes you eyeball docking), so that might happen.

My rockets are doing cartwheels across the launchpad. Not out of joy, I've just hooked them up stupidly.
So another day at KSP, then?

I've heard but not confirmed yet that 1.0 altered some of the physical parameters, so now it takes less energy to reach orbit, however it might have also changed the standard launch procedure as well. Also, apparently planes fly a bit differently now, and SSTO spaceplanes are no longer possible, so the rumor goes.
