So I finished the game, saved where I could do the endings in choice. But I need clarification.

In the ending where you control the reapers and destory them, and the normady is blown out of the sky.
But what about all other ships?
Do they get blown up too? I mean in one you live, kinda. But all syntetic life is destoryed. Does that mean all vi, ai, and ships?
Is EDI gone?

But also what happens to everyone who was fighting, the Quarians, the Tuarian, the Asari, I mean did their ships go down too?
Also would they all crash into the Earth with their Eezo cores and cause everyone to have biotics?

So many things left unsaid that's driving me wild.

Well, none of us have any answers for you.

But this should keep you busy for a while.

There is no epilogue to explain any of this, which is the main reason I am upset about the ending, and from what I gather lots of people share my view.

One big thing I'm thinking is that without the Mass Effect relays, the Quarians (if they survived) are not going to be able to get back to their homeworld. Same for all the other alien races. And I guess everyone who was on the Citadel when the Illusive Man called the reapers over are dead. Any remote colonies which depended on resources from their home planets through the Mass Relays are dead. Any colonies or planets within the blast radius of the relays are dead. All the home planets are post-apocalyptic wastelands. EDI is a synthetic, so she's dead if you chose the destruction option.

The Quarians might have some long-running project to build up the energy resources necessary to make a decades-long FTL trip back to Rannoch.

But anyway... the most important aspect of the ending is that the cycle is broken. At least it has that going for it. I was afraid that it would've ended with the cycle continuing, which would have been an even worse ending.
